Staff was very friendly. Service is a little sloe, but they make up for it in a positive, friendly attitude. Food is excellent.Kid-friendliness: The staff are very friendly to the kids and the Hibachi grill is always entertaining.

Have been going here for awhile, but last night. Not sure what was going on but the place was running so disorganized. a hibachi table was started before our full table.Salad was served while they chef was cooking, and had to ask for refills on drinks. Not normal for Ichiban. I hope they get a handle on the problem.The food was great and the chef was entertaining. We will go back again foe the food. Hopefully the service will be back to normal.

My friends and I had a great time here. My wife had the sushi and I had a nice steak. We enjoyed the experience and would return again. Didn't try the desert as we did not find anything interesting (why waste the caloric intake). Have a great time!

Been here twice. First time was a satisfactory experience so I thought to go in for another one. Second visit was an awful experience to say the least. We came in a few minutes after 9pm on a Friday and were seated promptly, but it took about 10 minutes for the server to get our drinks order. Another 10 minutes to get our food orders in. Store hours states they are open til 10 pm so I assumed everything will be quick since the store wasn’t packed. I was told after waiting over an hour that the sushi I ordered is no longer available. The hibachi foods we ordered weren’t ready after waiting for over an hour. Only had one drink refill over the course of our stay. For the price of the food, I was expecting a better experience but clearly it was not in our case. Staff were less attentive. We end up putting our orders in Togo boxes. Definitely not coming back and will not recommend to others.

As others have mentioned, there are roaches. We ate the soup, and when the chef came out, a girl from another party and I noticed the roach (exactly the same as the images posted previously) scurrying across the table. I told the hostess and another person, and they said “sorry about that.” I said we were leaving and the chef said he was disappointed he wouldn’t be cooking for us. With 4 stars, I didn’t read the reviews, but sure wish I would have. Seems to be an ongoing issue.
