I have never been to a Kung Fu Tea but always wanted to. This location was small but it was so welcoming. I was a little overwhelmed at the menu, there were so many options and for me it was a little confusing. The good part is that an employee helped me navigate through the menu and we finally were able to order an Oreo boba. It was delicious and I'm looking forward to coming back now that I know more or less what to expect

Went to this location for the Pikmin 4 drink, and the service was absolutely wonderful! The location was not busy, and my drink got made and served quickly. The store was clean and decorated nicely, the staff were friendly as well. Although they didn’t have the straw caps for the drink, I’m definitely willing to forgive it easily compared to everything else. Only real downside was that the cups for it didn’t come in larger sizes! Overall, I’m definitely giving this a 5/5! I will definitely be coming back to this location whenever I can. :)

I love that this business opened in Port Charlotte because this was my go to for boba in NY! They are consistent with their drinks, and their boba is amazing! Service is quick as always and the place is clean and cute. Best boba place in the area!

The inside is clean and nice, the atmosphere is good. Got the honey oolong tea boba, the boba was well cooked and the tea was not too sweet either. Reasonably priced for a stand alone boba place, $5.80 for a medium.

The boba is very good! Unfortunately everything else is horrible. The “Korean corn dog” is my best guess frozen from Costco. Very tiny and is just gross. I ordered sweet potato fries which was also frozen and still came out raw. And the “cheesecake” is just pound cake with a cream on it. Had to throw out the fries and corn dogs. Wouldn’t have been this bad if wasn’t SO expensive. Stick to the boba only.

My partner and I come in whenever we are in the area. The staff is friendly and our drinks are always made perfectly! Last time we went, they were out of a flavor of bursting boba. The cashier, a girl with long dark brown hair and glasses (I forget her name) apologized and made a few suggestions. She was very polite and knowledgeable! Her suggestion paired well with my partner's drink.We order online frequently and I love they put the drinks in the fridge so they dont get gross sitting out.

I had never tried boba before and I thought today would be a good day to do so. I walked into the shop and was greeted nicely by the bobarista Lizzy she took my order and guided me through the menu and recommended me to try a Mango Slush and add mango jelly as the topping. The drink was made fast and it was really good, the shop was also really clean.I would definitely recommend coming here if your interested in trying boba.

Staff is always friendly! This last time I had the pleasure of Azlan making my drink. When I walked in the store to get my online order, this poor girl was being yelled at by another customer. She was very apologetic to me and the rude customer. She tired to make the other customer happy. When the rude customer left, she apologized again. Service with Azlan is great and my drinks were amazing!
I made a Facebook account just to share how good my experience with the shop was. First of all the workers were super friendly and nice. Second of all I got my drinks really fast costumer service was amazing.

Worst place to get boba.. not only were they out of boba 2 hours before closing, we were also told that we can’t get medium size because they only had large size cups. After we ordered, we waited 30 minutes for our drinks to be done. My drink was literal ice and no flavor what so ever. Don’t come here :)

As I walked in the store I was greeted nicely and my order was made and since my cashier was so nice I tipped. When received my drink I ordered a large honey milk green tea with 75 % sweetness and when I tasted my drink I’m sure it was sweetener then my usual order also I have received a medium instead of a large I have ordered so I decided to just ask for my correct order. My cashier was so sweet but the two mixer in the back working on the floor around 7:00pm Tuesday February 21 2023 was just absolutely distasteful. When asked for the correct order to be made again the mixers didn’t apologize at all ripped open my drink and poured it into a large cup and handed it to me that way. Horrible customer service the drink wasn’t made correct the size of the drink wasn’t supposed to be a medium I order a large. Please address your mixers because customer service is GREAT for business.

First time here. We wanted to coffee flavors but they were sold out already, this flavor sells very fast. So I got a regular tea and I liked it better than the coffee! Staff was courteous and energetic. They explained everything.
