Location was messy and dirty. Food all over the floors and tables. My online pick up order was 20 mins late. So I sat there. I would have bought a drink but the drink station was empty I overheard another patron say out loud. Too much cilantro. It was equal to the portion of lettuce I got. So much poblana creama that everything was just mushed together. Really large chunks of chicken, guess that’s not so bad. Also not enough dressing so it was literally tasteless, there was so much creama. Mouth was def tingling a while after that first huge bite of cilantro. Had to pick a lot of it out. Less is more with that stuff, but at least I could taste it through the cream. Also they didn’t pack the red salsa with my chips or provide utensils for the pick up order. The guy there apologized, but didn’t offer anything to make it right, and there seemed no point in discussing it. I was not given a receipt so I couldn’t do the survey, they gave me the order receipt not the customer receipt. I really really like Moe’s so I was pretty disappointed.

Place has gone down hill. The whole restaurant was gross and unclean. Most of the booths and tables weren't cleaned off. They had food all over them and on the seats. The lids for the cups were all of the place and looked like every single one had been touched. The salsa bar was a mess. I thought the food would at-least be good but it was inedible. The rice was so undercooked, every bite was hard.

This place is dirty. The whole hot/cold serving counter was covered in old food residue. The guy/child behind the counter ignored me. I actually went and open and closed the door again so he would come out of the back. He looked right at me when I came in the first time. Then he wanted a tip. The Pandemic is OVER.Am I the only one tired of being guilted into tipping a full wage employee? Tips are for servers that do not make minimum wage. I asked for to go of chix, beef, and queso. No one offered me chips or salsa or tortillas... NOTHING was offered to me. Seriously get it together.

We stopped for lunch at Moe's Southwestern Grill, 1804 Tamiami Trail N Unit E-1, Port Charlotte. We were not disappointed! This was our first time there and we both ordered the Burrito Bowl. I had the Adobo Chicken and my wife had the White Chicken. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We chose our ingredients and sat down for our meal. I noticed that everything was very spacious and bright. The place was clean. It was early for lunch so there were not many people there. While we were eating, my wife and I were comparing Moe's to Chipotle. The food was very similar, but both my wife and I agreed that we liked Moe's BETTER. Sorry I did not take a picture of the food, but to be honest, one burrito bowl looks the same as the next. What I liked about Moe's is that you can get extra salsa (4 different types) and hot sauce at a bar set up in the eating area. That was VERY handy as I did not order any sauce with my meal. This made up for that and then some. The parking lot where Moe's is located is right next to Jersey Mike's so there is quite a bit of traffic, but going early in the day would be a way around that issue. We will certainly be back. The food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. As I mentioned before, the staff was VERY Helpful, so shout out to them! If you like Chipotle, you will love this place as well! Check them out!

Wow! There was in fact food at this restaurant. There was in fact a cost that was charged, and it was definitely a number to be remembered. The restaurant had a certain atmosphere that made you think of that other place you went to some other time. The people who worked there definitely exchanged words with us when we ordered. The words exchanged we definitely memorable, but rely only if you're a person with a abnormally good memory for unimportant things. When I left the restaurant left my feeling, the same way that I did that time when I did that other memorable thing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, but only to people who I think would enjoy the experience I had there, but depending on how I'm feeling it might be people who wouldn't enjoy it either.Vegetarian options: It's debatableDietary restrictions: Two things can be true at onceParking: There was a large black concrete section outside, and it was in fact intended for the parking of vehiclesKid-friendliness: The kids were very friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Just get up and walk.

Only complaint is the process went up, but it's still under to about $20 for a single person where it used to be about $15... inflation... Other then that, the burritos are great and so filling, always fell like I'm in a good coma after eating here so be careful driving home. The queso is delicious, people are friendly and have to welcome you, even if they don't like you! They still shout "Welcome to Moe's"! if you haven't had it but like burritos, quesadillas, queso and chips, definitely recommend! I'll be returning there for sure!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but will always be honest. The worker was rude, small portions. Super salty, Maybe 100% of your sodium intake for the day lol. Paid $18 for a home wrecker bowl. Sucks wasting money on food that isn’t

$40 for two stacks, literally 5 chips and a side of queso is insane. At least could have given more chips. What a joke.Editing cause I just bit into my stack and it was completely wrong, so thanks, entire meal wasted.

Store is advertised to open at 10:30. Arrived at 12:30 to get lunch, after the app kept telling me online ordering was unavailable, and the doors were locked. I understand opening late, things happen, but two hours after your scheduled opening?? Maybe you should put a notice on the door, so your customers know what is happening and what time you will open.

What a horrible restaurant. Food not fresh, half the toppings not stocked or available. They had one girl working the whole restaurant by herself at dinner time. She had to wait on customers and do online orders. The owner should have his franchise revoked. No napkins only a roll of paper towels, salsa bar empty. Soda machine empty. Food stale and flavorless. Go to 3 Peppers or Tijuana Flats. Way better food and cheaper. Let this place go out of business. Moe's corporate should be ashamed of themselves giving a franchise to this owner.!!! Wish I could give no stars!
