As a delivery driver if you like to make under minimum wage an hour then this is the perfect spot to take deliveries from. Always a 20-30 minute wait for food pickup.

Great food and local favorite. The Pad Woon Sen is SO good!

I usually get the chicken Pad Thai which is very good. I tried the seafood Pad Thai this time. Big disappointment. 2 tiny pieces of fish about the size of a half-dollar, 2 tiny pieces of shrimp, and one ring of calamari. Certainly not worth $20.

We LOVE IT HERE! BEST THAI EVER!! Meals are always fresh and hot! Great portion and great prices. We don't even want to try another because we know it will be disappointing. The soups are awesome and sushi is fantastic! Love the Tom Ka soup. And Won Ton is outstanding the noodles are homemade like everything we have had there. We have never had anything we didn't like and it's our favorite restaurant in Port Charlotte, Englewood, Punta Gorda and Venice. Our service is great and very friendly, Clean, and a nice atmosphere. Thank You Nan and staff

Wrong hours advertised on their Google business page - we drove a good distance to visit here to find it closed on a Sunday evening at 7pm even though it advertised an 8.00pm

Quaint thai place in a strip mall. I chose this place because if the reviews & it did not disappoint! Very reasonable prices, huge portions & the food is fresh & full of flavor. I had the fresh veggie spring rolls ( delish!) And the broccoli with carrots, onions, steamed tofu ( fried tofu is an option) in a coconut cream sauce & jasmine rice. Wow! Really tasty!! The restaurant is clean and the service, excellent.

This was the first time that my wife and I went to Nan's Thai Noodle 1900 Tamiami Trail #112, Port Charlotte, and it will NOT be the last! We went around 4:00 PM on a Friday afternoon and it was not busy. There were several other customers in the place, but it was quiet. We were promptly seated and offered something to drink. Looking around, it is not a large place, but there were around 16 tables/booths to choose from. Some of the tables were cozy 2 seaters. The place was bright and clean and well kept. We looked at the menu for several minutes as it was quite extensive. We will need to come back here to explore more of the menu items. My wife ordered Cashew Chicken. I ordered Spicy Thai Noodle with Beef and a bowl of Tom Yum soup with shrimp. We just waiting a few minutes before it was served. I ordered mine as a spice level of 3 out of 5 because I understand every chef does things differently. I will order a higher spice level next time, but what I received was DELICIOUS! My wife was very satisfied with her meal as well.I will give Nan's Thai Noodle a solid 8 out of 10, with the promise of coming back soon. I am always happy when I find a good restaurant and today I am HAPPY! You should check them out for yourself. I am sure you will be happy that you did!Update: Friday afternoon we again went to Nan's Thai Noodle in the Murdock Carrousel Shopping Center, 1940 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte.  (by LOWES) What a TREAT!  This is exactly why we love to frequent local Mom and Pop places where we live.  We support the local businesses and they in turn, give us great services and food. The server was very friendly and helpful.  The place is clean with a definite Thai influence for decor.  I am thinking the owner loves elephants because they are prominent throughout.  The food is excellent and they are quite attentive to detail and making sure you have a pleasant eating experience.I ordered Crispy Spring Rolls and a bowl of Hot and Sour Soup for appetizers. My wife commented that the Spring Rolls were the BEST she ever had.  I agree.  They are simply delicious.  The Hot and Sour soup was one of the best I had as well. Perfect balance and chock full of veggies, mushrooms and tofu.My wife ordered the Crispy Duck Salad for the entree and I ordered the Spicy Thai Noodle.  Both were excellent.  One thing I must mention is that I ordered the Spicy Thai Noodle as a level 4 out of 5 for spicy and I feel that was severely under spiced.  However, it is still delicious and worthwhile. Next time, I might try the five and see how spicy it really is.This was the 2nd time we've been there and we will be back for sure since we love this place.  If you have not gone there, or have not been there in a while, you should go there and give them a chance to impress you as well.  You will not be disappointed!Parking: It covers the whole plaza

They seem to focus on take-out orders more than dine-in customers, very unhappy with the food and service. Will not be going back.

This was our 6th visit and LAST. Waited one hour and 20 minutes for the food while the few tables there were getting serviced fast and take-outs were super fast. Spoke to the so called manager about the delay and her answer was a blank stare in the face.I am very disappointed, the guests I invited were disappointed. Will never be back to this place again.

Hello Nan,RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:I definitely called the right place, your phone number is on your receipt (will attach it); and I happen to know how to use my smart phone, and I called the same #, I used to place the order.I think the person that took my order and rang me up, must have known what they did, which was obviously sell me previously cooked with fish rice, (picked out the fish/?) for an expensive veggies fried rice. I lost $14. = price of rice, I hope it is multiplied to you. Please be careful, I hope this does not happen to someone with severe allergies, we had to throw it out.Hope you as the owner could respond to me and address my situation. I ordered vegetable fried rice for a veggie person, I was charged $14. ! Just for the rice! The person could not eat it, because it had a strong FISH taste and smell! I tried myself and almost threw up, it was also stale. I called, and was told no one could speak to me about the issue, that there were no managers; nor an owner! I went out of my way to give your business my $$, and no one even had the disency to listen ? Very disturbing to say the least, not to mention disgusted ! Please treat your customers better, hope to hear a resolution from anyone ?
