The service here is excellent, and the location is perfect. However, this Panera gets a 3 star rating from me because the dining room is always packed - and I go here sometimes to eat and work on my computer. There are an alarmingly few number of outlets to plug in my computer. Luckily, i always keep a 10-foot extension cord in my car... I always bring it with me because I never find an empty table with an outlet nearby. Visiting this restaurant would get a 5-star review from me if the dining room were set up better for a work-friendly dining room experience. They need more electric outlets!!! Super annoying dining experience- which is unfortunate because if I could work on my laptop at lunch there, then I would visit this location much more frequently.

We frequent this store when in Florida, however the customer service this am was horrid. The lady that took our order was not a happy personShe was borderline rude. I ordered a small black British tea and her response was oh you want British breakfast, cold or hot we have both. She never said good morning, can I help or smiled. Not my issue if she was having a lousy day. Then the hot water carafe was being refilled which I didn't know. So I went to the register to ask if someone could get me some hot water and an employee comes out before I could ask and said it will be out. She then proceeded to fill someone else's order and left me waiting. Finally she returns with the hot water carafe and very rudely drops it in place and slams the cover down and walks away. So loud my husband heard it on the otherside of the room. Someone needs to speak with the front end people and explain their issues are not the customers. Otherwise customers will go somewhere else. . I also heard them treat other customers the same way

Used the kiosk onsite. Food came quickly. I ordered green goddess chicken salad. It was delicious! Used my sip club ice tea as my beverage.

This place! Run down , carpets are filthy, place smells like burned cheese and bread! Only one out of 3 registers are open and there is a big Sunday morning crowd backed up to the door! So I just take a seat and observe how slow the line is and dit here and rate this place!

First off food and service are always great at panera.The service on the building however is terrible, bio growth in all of the supply registers and AC returns are full of dust and dirt, the air quality here is absolutely atrocious, shame on this restaurant for not changing filters or doing any type of upkeep, the location is filthy as well and dust on everything, not sure how many people will actually notice these conditions and I’m sure the management could care less, therefore I will not be returning to this location to eat only to test the air quality before visiting the dept of health website next time, DO BETTER PANERA!!!

I ordered my food and there was a long line of orders. Not only did they put out only one order at a time, but literally 30 minutes passed and only two orders were completed. I asked for a refund because I didn’t have time to wait three hours because that’s how long it would have taken with the 15 minutes per order. It took the manager an extra 10 minutes to refund me for my pick two and a drink. I don’t complain. I barely leave reviews but this just really upset me. When I asked a person how long the food orders would take and his answer was I don’t know. I felt that was not an appropriate answer considering this is a food establishment and you should have an idea how long each order should take.

I can’t believe how dirty this place was right down to the restrooms. What a shame this used to be a beautiful location. They had nothing for me to wrap my sandwich to go.Won’t be going back.
