I used to love the pizza because the slices were real New York pizza size, where you had to fold the slice in half. Just like home(NYC). Now you get a medium sized pizza instead. Not only did the size change, but they stopped the special. I called in to complain because I ordered half pep half x-cheese and only got 2 slices of x-cheese and 6 mini pep slices. The woman was rude, didn't let me finish a single sentence and pretty much showed no concern or sense of customer service. I won't go back. Hopefully the other Pik N Run still serves a real large pie and has better customer service. I've never complained or given a bad review before, but this was just too much not to share.4/17/2023: service is a little better but you gotta hope they're serving, no regular hours. Large pie sometimes medium when you order, be careful.

Small Italian deli/market inside a gas station here. The NY style pizza is good, and they have premade stromboli and calzones available, but they don't always stock the deli anymore. I used to buy this interesting coffee-flavored soda that they stock, but the last bottle I bought was actually spoiled, so no more of that.

Bought a pepperoni roll had bugs all throughout it. Asain lady wouldn't refund my money. Also they'll leave the food under the lamps for hours without replacing it. Garbage food Garbage people.

The pizza is as good, if not better than your average ny pizza. The pasta is fresh, and excellent. The flavor is better then olive garden. The owner Royce, is a stand up guy, who makes the experience of eating from a gas station feel like eating at a restaurant. He deserves his own restaurant.

Nancy needs to be fired and banned from all customer service jobs! Peridot Pooh? that is one NASTY/RUDE ting dem. She's one very unhappy and ungrateful human. Get someone who needs a job and cares about people, enough to leave their problems at the door!
Absolutely horrible experience! The staff (specifically the old short haired lady at the register) are just straight up hateful people! Never going back there if my life depends on it!

Good food, always liked it, but the staff ruins everything. I think they've fallen. My friend placed a mobile order and waited 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready until no one was in line anymore and finally went to the counter. The new lady (they had just changed shifts) just flatly said we're not serving you. And wouldn't budge. They called the police since he didn't want to leave since they already had his money. I can't prove it, but he is obviously from the Middle East and I know how people can be around here sometimes. We even called corporate, they said SOL. Guess me and any local I can inform won't be back here. I would include a picture of the food but, yknow, they refused to serve a Muslim man for no stated reason. Nothing to see here folks.

The few times I wanted pizza the service was awefol. The pizza was barely edible. The meatballs in marinara sauce is much better. They don't care I done care. The pizza is garbage
