I went in to Pizza Hut about 6:15 to pick up my pizza I ordered and the manager I don’t know his name he disrespected a young man and called him a dumb a** I am very upset because that young man did nothing wrong and then the manager told the young man to go home because he was mad at something that he did I don’t understand the disrespect he did to that young man I will never come back to this location a day in my life by the way there was about 5 more people who heard this.

Let me start by saying yes that is a WM garbage can! I ordered from their app which is the worst, called two hours later to let them know I haven't received the pizza. Manager explained bout the app and no problem. After I hung up pizza was delivered. THE MINUTE I TOOK A BITE MY PRESSURE WENT UP FROM THE AMOUNT OF SALT ON THAT PIZZA AND IT TASTED LIKE A CARDBOARD. The app been deleted and Pizza hut will NEVER SEE A DIME FROM ME AGAIN! I rate them a minus ten

I don't know but this could be the worst Pizza Hut on the planet they never get a pizza right they have no idea about directions and usually there's no sauce on it or it isn't cooked right or has the wrong ingredients. I understand that today's employees are worthless but that's still no excuse and the manager down there's an idiot. Semi retarded people are now the normal workers our country is in terrible shape.

Not enough toppings and the crust was waayy yoo big and puffy for hand tossed.. One of the worst pizza hut hand tossed I've ever had. I also asked for garlic buttery apread on crust and they gave me none.

I’m giving 5 stars to Olivia, not to Pizza Hut in general. This employee clearly needs MORE TRAINING, and is incredibly polite and patient on the phone when ordering, despite the numerous issues that happens. I’m a very patient person, I worked in the restaurant business when I was younger and I know what these newer employees go through!What concerns me is someone is yelling at her the entire time in the background instead of, A, picking up the phone and handling it themselves and using it as a training moment, and B, not preparing this employee enough to do handle simple orders. I don’t know who the manager is at this location, but they should be ASHAMED of themselves for not training and handling their employees better! Olivia gets the 5 stars for being a rockstar at staying patient and having empathy and understanding, the managers and PIZZA HUT get 0 stars for their poor decisions in employee training AND their lack of empathy when I can hear them YELLING and BERATING this poor employee the whole time I’m trying to order!
I find it really Annoying that I order food to be delivered by Pizza Hut and instead I get a door dash driver 30 minutes later with cold food

I ordered the NY pepperoni pizza and asked for half with pineapple. Not only was it on more than just half it seemed like they opened a can of pineapple and dumped it on the pizza. So much pineapple that had to scrape half of it off. Very disappointed this is what customer service has come to. Expensive pizza that we couldn't even eat half as it was soaked in pineapple juice.

Wow. This was the worst experience. The pizza wasn't very good, either but the delivery took 70 minutes! And when I called I got the distinct impression they COULD NOT CARE LESS. The delivery driver went to the wrong apartment and the wrong apartment building. They also got the order wrong. They gave me two small pizzas instead of the large I ordered. And no pan pizza like I ordered. Just. Wow. Very bad.
