I love Rita’s ice cream and it’s the creamiest ice cream I have ever had! I always look forward to stopping by whenever I am in that area. However, today there was something that didn’t taste right with the ice cream. Kind of a sour taste. I tried calling their telephone number to let them know something was not right, but I keep getting a busy signal when I call there.

This outfit offers delightful, smooth, and tasty ice cream / custard as well as Italian Ice at a fair price. The quality of the custard is superb. Cheerful and pleasant customer service. Small venue, but the price and product is on point.

Our experience is from the Rita's travel trailer at Punta Gorda Airport. We LOVE Rita's in Pt. Charlotte...fantastic treats. We always get a gelati that has custard, Italian ice, and custard on top. The travel version doesn't have a soft serve custard machine. It's fine BUT.....the girl only put one scoop of custard on the top. We felt it was 90% ice which isn't what we wanted. We would have gotten just an Italian ice if it was. The price is higher for anything with custard. We feel we didn't receive our money's worth this time. Lesson learned for us....we will wait to get to the actual Rita's.

Wow..really rich and creamy. I had their mixed custard ( vanilla and chocolate). Their prices seem affordable. It was a Sunday afternoon and the drive thru line was backed up. A cute little gem!
