“Decided to go here based on a request in the family and they have a great food allergy program. It is chain restaurant food but still very good and they were able to make sure we were comfortable with our allergy requests. We were all able to have normal meals without anyone feeling excluded (huge plus). Everyone enjoyed the food and the bread sticks we just what we were looking forward to.Dietary restrictions: They were excellent with our allergy requests.“
“Great authentic Chinese food. Cici was our waitress and was very attentive and great for our party of 7. Love the turning middle portion of the table. We all ordered a dish and shared it spinning the table around. Highly recommend to anyone who is wanting Chinese in a nice setting.“
“I'm from PA and Tasty Wok is as close to good northern Chinese food as I have found in all of sarasota and charlotte counties. I believe they make their egg roll filling themselves and its delicious. Only wish they were larger. Beef is real, not slimy like other places. It's quality. The fried rice is also very good but I could do without peas and carrots and add more onion and bean sprouts.“
“I want to compliment Scott at the Port Charlotte location. I accidentally picked up the wrong to go lunch. I didn't realize that until I got to my destination. I called to let them know what happened. Scott was so gracious and said they would take care of it. Asked if I wanted to pick up my order later. When I went in, Scott replaced my entire order. Excellent customer service.“

“I thought I was walking into another Chinese food pick up place. After walking in and being welcomed at the door, my husband and I chose to dine in. There is so much to choose from on the menu from Chinese food to sushi. We chose the beef hibachi and it was incredible to say the least. We will definitely be back.“
“I have been going to China Palace for years. I have NEVER had to wait for my delicious, hot, perfectly cooked orders and the time given as when to pick up has always been correct. well, unless I count the time when hurricane Irma hit us directly as hurricanes seem to do to North Port and every single store and restaurant closed for at least a week, even the ones that did not lose their power. I live 2 miles from China Palace and every store in their complex remained closed for days EXCEPT China Palace. My home had no power for 9 days-we ran out of food with no hope to buy more. Out of desperation, I drove around, looking for anyplace open. There was only one, China Palace. I did wait 2 hours to get my order because the line of hungry people was so long. But the owners worked non-stop to cook and get out the orders. They tried to close at 10 pm but the line was still very long so those wonderful people kept working for I don't know how long. I left after 10 pm with my hot delicious order and the line was as long as ever. The owners and workers deserved medals for fulfilling the needs of many hungry folks. Since that time I have ordered their authentic Chinese cuisine and have never been disappointed. My daughter who lives in Southern California and has traveled to China and other parts of Asia can't wait to have dinner from China Palace when she visits. she says it is the best she has ever had, anywhere. if I could give China Palace 10 stars, I would. Great food, compassionate owners and staff.“
“I’d have to say by far Panera Bread gives the best care to their customers! Especially for how fast and well prepared they make each meal! Even without being involved with a subscription I’ve always been treated kindly! If your placing a delivery through the app and you don’t receive an item I can assure you that it is not Paneras fault however it’s the curl door dashers out there that have no respect for customer service! I was very blessed to be able to speak with the manger of the North Port location, Tim Robinson which then he went out of his way to make sure my inconvenience was resolved. Tim carry’s himself very well and just by listening I could tell that he truly cares about not only his company but his customers as well! Panera is absolutely phenomenal and if your looking for a good meal always stop in the store! For all the stay at home loves don’t let the door dashers make you think otherwise of Panera because they truly work hard to make sure every meal is prepared and ready!“
“I live in Florida and my dad is in the hospital down there in Port Charlotte. There's not much I can do to help him, but he loves to eat and says the hospital food is awful. I have ordered him lunches from Sam's 2 days in a row. They are so kind. They deliver food right to him, and he said it's the best he's ever had. Thank you for helping me send him love. P.S.
