The crab Rangoons were delicious but the mozzarella sticks were just good. The chicken satay was yummy; the shrimp ginger delight was quite nice. Another big hit was the chicken volcano while the hibachi chicken scored a home run. The Thai iced tea was a big hit and the service was quite good considering we saw only our one waiter taking orders. We’ll gladly return.

Ordered take out rolls here. Ordered 2 California, 1 dragon, and spicy salmon roll. I tried the dragon roll which I normally love it’s my go to roll, however from here it did not taste fresh and left a bad aftertaste in my mouth threw the rest away. The spicy salmon roll saved it for me it was good. However presentation and quality of the roll itself needs work. California rolls weren’t the best either. I wouldn’t order from here again as it was sub par. Cost was like$32. Take out time was 20 minutes which was accurate. This n was my first time ever trying here. I didn’t like how they put the spicy salmon roll in the same container as the California rolls.Wheelchair accessibility: The have a ramp

Small bar in the back but their focus is on family dining.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, plenty of handicap parking rt out front and easy entry fron car to the tables.

The chef's is my absolute favorite restaurant!! My boyfriend and I come here almost every week and it is always incredible. The sushi is delicious and a great price. The wait staff is so kind and always makes the best boba. Perfect spot for a work lunch, date night, or really any occasion

Agreed with the review below.. it smells weird in this restaurant. Similar to a dirty rag that's been used too many times. We started with the crab Rangoon which were really good I think they were homemade. I got the crunchy crab and spicy tuna rolls and they were bland and the tuna one tasted off.. I couldn't finish it. My bf got the chicken pad Thai and he rated it a 5. Overall, the interior of this space needs a good cleaning / paint.

Menu has everything you could want if you're feeling sushi or rice or noodle-y! Everything was fresh and delicious. We'll make the 45 minute drive again for sure.

had a very good lunch here on a Saturday, young lady that took care of us was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We started with Crab Rangoon which was fried to perfection and served with a nice sauce. our meals were the Chef Fried Rice along with Cashew nuts with beef. Both meals came out hot and tasty, we truly enjoyed our meals and there was nothing to take home, portion size was just right.

Amazing curry, especially green and panang. Noodle dishes need some more sauce, especially pad thai, its dry. Great service and clean. Prices are higher than menu states for some items. Please update!!

Service was fast at first but drink refills where slow and had to ask them to remove appetizer dishes. Food was hot with good flavor. We went late on a rainy Friday. The temperature was on the cooler side which I like. The bathrooms where clean and well lit. They had plenty of choices on the menu and sushi was good.

The best sushi in Port Charlotte by far! Very friendly staff. Sushi is so FRESH. Great selection of rolls. Don't miss out on the Tuna Tartare appetizer. My favorite roll is the Salmon Aburi!

Never had a bad meal or service. Def the best place around for sushi, and the Mai tai's aren't bad either!

Shrimp Scampi was to die for sauce was very different, creamy and filled with garlic flavors. Indoor ambiance was very modern and inviting. Will most definitely be back!

4 meals and all delicious?? That's unheard of today but it happened right here at The Chefs Thai. Beautiful plating and the flavor and temperature of the foods were perfection. Can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu.

Ordered gyoza and they came out soggy, waitress said that’s how they are supposed to be(they sat to long before bringing to the table). Pad Thai came out beef had a sour smell and taste like it was on its last day in the fridge, bean sprouts were raw where they are supposed to be cooked with the rest of the food. 10/10 will not be back. Manager said this is how good is supposed to be. Yet real Thai places cook everything and is fresh tasting and smelling.
