We came for dinner as a party of 8 and sat well over 20 minutes only to never see a waitress or waiter. Even went to the front to ask for assistance then waited another 10 minutes with nothing. We watched multiple people come in and be served while our party was ignored. Would not recommend this restaurant

We will be back. Our server Janelle was the absolute best, so helpful, so humble. We loved her recommendations. We had a lot of sushi and other side dishes. But what really surprised us was their fried cheesecake. Now, we are usually healthy eating ppl, but we decided to try it were shocked at the taste. It was drizzled with chocolate syrup with whipped cream at the side….just amazing. The place is clean and very busy at nights. It’s all you can eat… we love it!

When we first started going to Tokyo last summer we were blown away by the service and the atmosphere and the food, it was all amazing. We kept coming back. The waitress we had was so amazing too. But recently the past few times we went there the service wasn’t as great. Some of the servers were friendly but some not so much. And the hostess didn’t seem to thrilled to seat us. The food was still tasty. But there’s something with the Krab meat that is off and quite a few of us felt stomach issues a few times after eating the Krab meat. Everything else was great tho. I saw a review earlier mentioning the bathroom, I agree needs to be updated and cleaned better. There was a dirty brown toilet brush next to the toilet. Our whole family were avid eaters here but little by little everyone has started to not want to go back as much.
Great Sushi according to my dining friend. I enjoyed their Shrimp Tempura..light and crispy batter and so delicious. Hot sake was not bad either. Menu is definitely endless like their "all you can eat" Buffet, which costs less than $30, and all your choices are freshly prepared and made to order... No selections on any steam table! Includes desserts. A kid's menu is also available. Staff very friendly and atmosphere bright and inviting. Recommended Tokyo highly. Ample parking.

Honestly the food was fine but I was absolutely disgusted with the server. He completely ruined the time with my family. We came in as a family of 9 so of course gruitity was included which I'm sure he knew Hense how he treated us. He told us literally 20 min in that we need to hurry up finish ordering and leave because he wanted to flip the table to make money. He came back servers times saying hurry up. I was sick to my stomach. By far the worst service and i wish I could get my money back.Parking: Nothing...

My husband and I went to Tokyo Hibachi and Sushi for Valentine’s Day. We shop at Publix and had seen the restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Great atmosphere, great food, and Jeff, our server, was very attentive. He even gave me a balloon and rose!! Nice touch! We love fried rice and yum yum sauce. It was delicious. The vegetables were tasty. My husband’s scallops were very good. We have a friend coming in March from out of state and plan to take her there. The robot server was also very cool!!!
