I am so surprised by the Negative reviews. I have tried all of the Chinese in PC and PG and Top China in my opinion is the best. I get the same thing everytime: General TSO no Spicy White Rice, Hunan Combo, Pork Lol Mein, Crab Rangoon and Eggrolls. I have never had bad food from here and am always disappointed when I crave Chinese on Mondays because they are closed. I would take the reviews with a grain of salt. I am from Columbus Ohio and most people don't realize, but it's a foodie HAVEN. In other words, I'm a foodie and am particular. Top china is the best in PC or PG for fast Chinese Takeout.

No flavor also I ordered a chicken plater and there was chicken skin as a substitute for the chicken. The crab Rangoon was terrible . The steamed dumping were small and had no flavor. We spent 60 dollars on a meal that was terrible .

Top China has the worse chicken ever, and the sweet and sour chicken balls have no chicken in it (just dough). I don’t know if the grease is clean, or the flour that’s used but I can’t buy their food anymore.

crab rangoon was so dry and didn't taste like crab at all or even cream cheese, rice and boneless spare ribs was good. I won't buy crab Rangoon again or even the egg rolls.

I ordered beef lo mien and crab Rangoon....walk in to dude laughing while throwing vegetables in a metal dish with his bare hands...beef was mushy and noodles were overcooked....I'll never give them another

I think they have the best tasting Chinese foods in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda Florida, today I had a roast pork vegetable combination and a vegetable soup and it was the best I'll have it again,Thanks Top China.

I have never been disappointed. You get the most bang for your buck and delicious food. I ordered the lunch specials of Hunan Chicken and Sweet and Sour Shrimp. You have a choice of Wonton or Egg Drop Soup or can of soda or an egg roll. Both orders served with Pork Fried Rice. All for the lunch price of $7.95 each. I called in the order. They both were piping hot. You can not go to a fast food restaurant and get this quality or quantity of great fresh food and at a great price. We had our meals for dinner.

Good local Chinese food. Being a Vietnamese-American, I can't really say much on stuff like the lo mein, but I can definitely say their fried rice is incredible. Wait times may be a bit slow, but it is made up for with great-tasting food. Not sure what else to say except bravo to the staff.
