My response to the owner's reply: Focusing on the location of where the order was picked up completely misses the point of my bad review. Absolutely none of the kids who work here even said hello to me. Is a greeting or bare minimum service part of the "procedures" you teach them? They each took turns glancing at me waiting at the glass by the front door, I locked eyes with each of them and they quickly moved on to another task before I could start a conversation - and *eventually* when I was *finally* acknowledged and later handed the order that was sitting there for a long time, some of them actually giggled. The disrespect was palpable and if I wasn't already in a hurry, the poor experience with the taunting on top of it would have warranted a speak with the manager while I was there. But again, it didn't look like any of them were in any position to accommodate or service customers. If you look at the date and time of my review, you will know the staff working there at that time. No one asked me what I was waiting for, they purposely ignored me it seems, and they laughed when they realized I was waiting for an order they had ready all along. It is clear I will have to be rude and talk over other people, or God forbid actually snap my fingers at them, next time I come here if I actually want to be assisted. What kind of hiring manager is working here to have hired people who act like, frankly, brats.Original review:I recommend you go to a different location, especially if you're in a hurry. I just left now, not sure if there was anyone actually in charge here they all looked like children to me. It seems that there's no manager here, they each looked at me waiting for a long time, no one even said hello. I was waiting for an order, finally eventually someone told me to check the shelves for pick up orders, but my order was waiting on the desk behind them the entire time.

Ordered a delivery from my place of employment where different employees placed an order for a total of only two good items but 7 different smoothies. The food items arrived 45 minutes later but not a single smoothie was delivered despite the charge on my debit card for $85. I immediately began to call the restaurant to report this issue and at least ten attempts later finally connected with a person. All prior attempts the phone only repeatedly rang without an answer. I was told "oops sorry about that." I asked if I could get the 7 smoothies I paid for delivered and was answered with a very rude response of "nope, you will get a refund" and they hung up. Not very happy.

I went and ordered my usual, and usually everyone is so nice and respectful but i came in the other night and there was this blonde girl named stacey i believe and she was being so disrespectful to me and my daughter… that is not how u treat your customers. i was reading the other reviews and i can tell she is not very liked bc of how disrespectful and rude she is. YOU are not supposed to act like that in customer service industry’s. be nicer or get fired.

Well unfortunately they close at 8:50.. "because customers like to come through drive thru and order at 8:50... " The employee words not mine.I rushed to Tropical getting to drive thru at 8:51.. where 2 employees who were outside smoking by the back door quickly rushed inside. At the speaker I received a message stating they were closed.. I knew I had made it in time.. as a matter of fact the open sign was still lit up in the window. I pulled up to the window to inquire why they were not taking orders and was rudely greeted with the statement from above. When asked if I could just come order inside.. She said no,they were close. I usually order in the mornings for the office and never had an issues.. but after last night.. I will take my business where I am valued. Please change your hours to reflect the actual closing time.

The blonde haired female (I didn’t get her name) manager is super rude and not helpful at all. The very sweet girl at the driveway accidentally tried to redeem two of my rewards. So this manager comes over and reverses both and says you did it wrong (rudely) and now she pays full price. So I say that’s not fair I wanted to redeem the free smoothie. Her solution was for me to return my smoothie and come back in an hour. What?! All the while she had a rude face and tone.I’ve been a manager most of my life and this is just unacceptable all the way around. I don’t usually give bad reviews, ever. This was so appalling that I’m actually taking the time to do it. The sarcastic angry way she said have a nice day was so disrespectful too as I drive off without any acceptable resolution. I want reiterate thought that the regular employee at the window was very nice and I felt bad for how her terrible manager, who shouldn’t be in that position, talked to her as well.
