Worst drive thru service ever from Heather!!! I waited and waited to order, finall she came in the intercom to tell me she was busy cleaning up a frost she spilled.....fine.....whatever. Once I pulled up to the pick up window and waited and waited again! Heather then said to me, we are short staffed and in a very snippy tone said ....sorry if you don't like it! Who talks to customers like that???? She then handed me my food and I was checking to make sure everything was okay and she yells at me"what's wrong with it " I said well I wanted no cheese but you put cheese on it anyways. I just shut the window and drove off....I will never be back and neither will anyone I know!!!!

We went through the drive thru and I got a double stack, and a raspberry lemonade. Both were fresh and really good,.Parking: Plenty of handicap parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible to get in the dining room.

I liked the baconator (bacon on a cheeseburger) however I really miss the Wendy's from 30 years ago when the burgers were bigger and juicier. It's just not the same Wendy's I knew and loved years ago.

I was very disappointed. Fries cold and chicken sandwich looked like it had been reheated. It was dried out and luke warm. At least the Frosty did not disappoint. Wendy's, ya gotta do better.

Hair fried into my fries, Yum!The staff here is hardly worth their wage, all lackeys at best.Restaurant was clean, that's the only positive thing.

Cold fry's and the only thing good was the sandwich with almost no sauce and the floors are nasty levels of sticky plus the #6 spicy chicken isn't spicy it's just normal chi with a big cold piece of lettuce slapped on top

I have never been to this Wendys specifically and i don't plan on going back... The reason why is because they couldn't get the most simple task correct and hand me a straw with my drink.. Also the same person handed me my food. Assuming she would place one in the bag. Nope.I'll manage without the straw

Wendy’s usually has good food, however, you seldom get what you ask for at the drive-through. Might as well just pull up to the window and say I’ve got $20 just throw whatever you want me to have in a bag because that seems like what they do. Occasionally you get one right sandwich but not the way you requested it. Tonight we got two correct sandwiches but they were lukewarm, as were the spicy chicken nuggets and we asked for two orders of fries - but only got one. Whatever happened to them making the food when you ordered it?This was our last trip to our local Wendy’s. McDonald’s is right next-door. I’ve never really been a fan of them but they will be my go to if we need a quick meal on the run.

The food was horrible. The lobby was disgusting. Floors were sticky. Sweet tea was rancid. Fries were cold almost as soon as I ate them.

This me**head put hard chopped up salad bacon bits on my BACONATOR sandwich.. I ordered a BACONATOR, came with no bacon lol it's literally in the name of the sandwich.. I took it back and told the clerk with scabes all over his arms, he gave me a "are you sure" look. BACONATOR is suppose to come with bacon strips in between every beef patty layer, mine did not. He took the sandwich from me and through chopped up bacon bits on top and through the sandwich back to me on the counter "sorry"... This location is hit or miss. They're seems to be an A team, and the D team. Definitely the D team today. Say no to drugs ppl...

I understand that we came at a busy time of day. However, the sweet tea was almost completely out and tasted rancid. Napkins were running low. No utensils in lobby. Hubs started burger was dry. Girl at counter not friendly and moves like a robot. Fries weren't fresh.
