I really don't like leaving bad reviews. I came to this Wendy's the other night and was overcharged for my order. When I noticed, I drove back and the staff tried to issue a refund. Since I paid with a card, I was told it might take 24hrs. When I noticed that the money still wasn't refunded, I checked the receipt and noticed they refunded the money to a different card. I came back to the location and spoke to a different manager who told me to come back on the next day when her boss is there. I came back on the following day only for her to call her boss and to be told there is nothing they can do because they already refunded the money to another card. The person who I spoke to is the only reason I'm leaving any stars at all, as she tried her best to find a solution. It's not fair that I was overcharged for my meal and denied the number to their corporate office as well. The staff tried and I guess I'll have to be ok with that thought... My only recommendation is to bring cash.
