Always loved Boston Market no one would ever forget the pre covid staff, I miss Juan yes he was a people's person i've seen people come n go but I love this new staff very very polite the restaurant is well-maintained! Vonte well groomed and very sweet gentlemen, my cashier Hannah was so polite made sure I had everything I needed before I sat down, Rose who served me was very nice and patient with me and lets not forget Kelsey in the kitchen very quiet but made it a point to come and interact with me and asked if I needed anything else. Please, please Boston Market pay your staff accordingly I would definitely make more trips there just because of those 4 super heros since covid this store has been mainly closed or closed early we want to keep them, ty!

I locked my keys in my truck right out front, and the employees could not have been nicer. I really appreciate their generosity and sincere concern for my situation. I really felt at home (in a Boston Market?!)! A great big thank you goes out to all four employees working that day! I haven't had anyone treat me that nice in a long time.

Ordered food for the family on movie night and requested delivery at 730. At 745 I called to check on delivery status. No answer, no food, now they're closed (after 8pm) but they have my $76.33!

My wife and I ordered 2 sandwiches meatloaf and chicken. The rolls were so hard we could not even eat them. First and last visit to Boston market.Go get a freshly made bun at Subway.

This place used to be a clean, quality restaurant. But over the last couple of years, this place has sadly turned into a dirty rundown restaurant. Visible food in the floor in the prep area, windows filthy, and the smell of floor disinfectant in the air. Last time I walked in, I had to walk out before ordering. Sorry but it's true.

0 stars if I could. This place used to be good when Desmond the little guy was there running it. I remember seeing him and Juan there all the time! They practically lived there from opening to closing everyday and not once was I disappointed. Don’t know if it was a father son thing but they were great! They treated my 76 year old Father like family! Would cut our chicken off the bone for them and everything! Saw the kid even at my doctors office handing out catering flyers and some coupons as well. Great lad. I got to speak to him and he was always so energetic and positive! Juan also! He was such a peoples person. And he would always conversate with us after the dining room was seated. Personable people! I’ve been to both this location and the location up in Grenada and always saw those two keeping the environment happy and going. Now I go there and all I see is closed signs and unsatisfactory food. Such a shame! Where did they go? Did they sell the franchise? Anyhow very sad seeing this Store suffer like this. It’s in Need of New Dedicated Management Asap. Because all the others I’ve seen just visit and leave. No one seems to hold a Management position here. Must be that bad.

I used to eat here all the time.now its super over priced, and the pieces of chicken are super small, the employees couldn't care less about anything.they just stared at me when the ice was empty.really?I'm never going back here.I had there half chicken yesterday and it was about 5 bites.probably one third the size of a 1/2 rottisserie chicken at Publix AND $12.99 for it!? Nah I'm done here. They need to just go out of business, no one will miss them.

Food is always good at this chain but seems like the people working there have such an attitude at certain locations that it makes the whole experience unpleasant. Menu is too confusing to look at as well.

Rolled up at 715 pm, open sign was on. By the time I got to the door from my car they turned the sign off and locked the door. Opened the door and said "Im sorry we're closed." Saw them turn away at least 1 other customer before I left.

Overpriced. Most items on menu are discontinued. (Prime rib). Ribs were ok and meatloaf was edible. 1 plate of ribs and 4 pieces of meatloaf and 1 drink was $33. I understand why theres not many locations left.

I don't think the staff here know how to cook food. They served chicken that still raw., the color is still red inside. The corn bread was undercook, still tasted like flour and the color was still white. Complaint won't do anything as they won't know what the customers were talking about. Will never eat here again even it is free.

Not the most inviting place when you come in the door. Dirty and food line was sloppy. You could tell that the lady taking our orders did not want to be there. Could hardly hear anything she said.

I don't know if it is this location or what but have stopped coming here because the lack of selection everytime but after getting what would be a full meal I'm now let down by the quality... some food is hot...some not to the degree of asking is it cooked. Save yourself the money if you want Boston Market go to the local freezer selection of your grocery store
