It really just depends on who is making your food. I've had people just slop together a mess of a bowl and call it a day and I've had people actually care about not making the bowl a greasy mess to the point that the lid is covered in salsa and grease.

So dirty probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Employees didn’t seem to care, garbage cans were overflowing and food everywhere behind counter and around on tables. Good in sour cream which I hate. Cross contamination was everywhere. Will not go back there again. Actually the Food and Drug administration should make a visit sooner than later.

I've been coming to chipotle for over 15 years, and out of all of them, this one is the best. This is the only location I've ever been to that the employees know how to roll a burrito at all, and one of them in particular goes the extra mile to mix the burrito before wrapping it. 10/10.

I’ve been to a lot of different chipotles, and this one is just the best every single time! Super fresh, generous portions, and nice staff- on the rare occasion I don’t order online to go. My to go orders are always early, never late, which I appreciate!✨

So when I started going to this location 10 years ago they first opened and they were excellent and I’ve continued to go to them and it’s progressively gotten worse I don’t know if it’s management changes or what but there is the same guy that works there that is grumpy everytime you interact with him and he’s the same way with all other customers and the people he works with. Then today I go to get food at opening and there’s staff members eating food at the tables watching me try and get in when they’re supposed to be open. It’s just unprofessional everytime I’ve been in the past few years and mainly the past year the quality in the food and staff has gone down. Just a bummer to see one of your main food spots stop caring.

We entered the restaurant and immediately felt tension in the air. The employees looked burnt out and exhausted.We did not receive a greeting of hello or welcome. Maybe, that was too much to ask of the employees who were physically exhausted or maybe the burnout has led them to not give a flipping flapjack about their customers.We had a wait of 3 people ahead of us, The employees worked fast!We ordered 1 Barbaracoa burrito with cheese and red hot sauce, 2 Veggie bowls with corn salsa, green sauce, sour cream, avocado, and guacamole, and 1 cup of White Queso; the female employee rushed us through our order but, gave us exactly what we asked for.The Burrito Bowls are loaded!!! I take mine home and make 2 nice size burritos with a little left over to eat with their chips, YUM!!!!I truly hope that the employees have paid leave and can use it soon, they deserve it!!!I rarely eat out however, Chipotle is 1 of the only businesses I will eat at due to their fresh ingredients!I highly recommend Chipotle to anyone who loves Mexican food.Vegetarian options: You can control what goes in your bowl and how much. I get extra veggies and rice in Veggie Bowl.Dietary restrictions: You control what goes into your burrito, tacos, burrito bowls and so on. You can choose Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, or Carnivore. They have options for everyone! It is all about what YOU choose!Parking: The strip mall that it is in, has a limited number of parking spaces. It is a 1-way in and a 1-way out kinda parking.Kid-friendliness: They do have choices for children, I've seen the menu for them and if I remember correctly it was smaller portions of specific items on the adult menu.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access to the door.
Recommended dishes: Pure Vegetarian Dish, Burrito Bowl, Chips & Queso Blanco, Chips, Vegetarian Salad Bowl, Chips & Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa
