We got the 32 ounce ribeyes and they were out of this world. This place is a hidden gem. I don’t understand how they are not packed!!! One of the best steaks I have ever had. Service was outstanding as well. The staff is so attentive. This will be a go—to for steak dinners.

Big football game.... the Superbowl game was on.. needed to find a spot anywhere in Port Orange that didn't have it blaring overhead. So as we walked into the empty restaurant....see all the ball fans were outside eating chicken wings. It was perfect.... I had a burger cooked to my order....rare almost mooing with pesto sauce melted cheese tomato slices and onions. Sweet Jesus, it was deliciousHONESTLY.... they have a Monday night build a burger special. $7.99 for a plane burger .. okay, then a $1.00 plus each item you add on... tomato slice....onion slice... cheese slice... mushrooms oops another $1.00 .. I mentioned to a friend about the up charge, and then her honest response was hell, then I'll bring a ziplock bag with my own lettuce and fixings. I said you can do that .... but you'll be alone at the table. My point is to say it is a Monday night special $7,99 for a plain and simpler naked burger. I dislike being nickled and dimed... I know you all make an amazing burger....I'm ready to pay $15.00 for the perfect burger... grilled peppers, grilled onions, crispy onions...arugula, and ripe tomatoes.. salsa.. .Okay, I have vented ...Oh yes, they do have a great steak to offer...

This place is disgusting. I do not recommend anybody eating their service was trash. Wine tasted like rubbing alcohol manager got an attitude when I asked to replace the wine do not recommend this restaurant to anybody. Owner was very disrespectful. Waited 30 minutes for a appetizer. Do not recommend anyone eat here, and if you do, you will see what everyone is talking about

We enjoyed the most amazing tomahawk steak - ever. Others in our party enjoyed perfectly done fillets- - apps & onion soup - nicely done ?The only thing better than the food was the incredible service!Friendly, comfortable atmosphere for a leisurely informal diving experience - highly recommend

I'll start with this: The staff and owners were very nice people. That said, this place is trying to be something it is not. Trying to appear to be a classy high end place and tells you about its "world class" chef, but it is anything but that and the chef... very disappointing. 7 of us went, expecting a high end experience and it turned out horrible. None of us would ever go back. 1 steak ordered med well was about as rare as it could get. Sent back, returned still very pink. She did not eat. No refund given. No apology. world class chef? ha! another steak ordered med rare came out well done. Chef mix up ? probably. The crab cakes seriously had to be from a can. Tasted sub par and very fishy. Drinks were good but the real issue is coming, the bill... the old waiter, who spent more time outside smoking than attending us, screwed up our bill SOOOO bad, everyone's order was mixed up and inter-mixed on the 3 bills. The waiter had no idea who ordered what. Came back with 3 new bills, still completely hosed, drinks all over the place, meals still not correct. We had to get pens and write down what each bill should have on it. It was absolute chaos. No discounts given, no remorse. They joked and laughed it off. High end dining at its finest? Not even close

I made reservations for Christmas dinner since I have been wanting to try this restaurant. Parking was plentiful when we arrived. The entrance is handicap accessible which we appreciated since Larry was using his walker. The restaurant was nicely decorated as had a quiet ambience. We were promptly seated by the hostess and it wasn't long before our waitress came and took out orders. Larry chose a pork chop. It bone in and about an inch thick. It was cooked just the way he likes them and the flavor was delicious. I opted for the salmon grilled on a plank that came on a wooden tray with the sides. It was topped with a tasty Leon sauce that I really enjoyed. Both dinners came with asparagus spears and Peruvian mashed potatoes. They were a dark purple which kind of threw Larry off so he didn't like them as much as me. We really enjoyed our Christmas dinner at this restaurant and will definitely return.

Absolutely horrible. Went there New Year's Eve at 8 pm. They had a tv playing cartoons in the dining room. They were out of baked potatoes and mashed potatoes (for a “steakhouse” that's ridiculous).

Wasn't a fan. Place was empty on a Saturday night at 6:00, dinner. They have a split bar bill that was confusing. Both the steak restaurant and the First Turn Bar share bar and food services. Seems like you're getting double billed. Was told that's how their liquor license works. Bathroom facilities were flooding and available at your own risk. I gave it a good because it definitely has potential, but is not a polished steak house.

Steaks lacked flavor and a little pricey, asked for medium rare came out medium. Wasn't too busy when we were there but had to remind our waiter for water refill and whoever dropped our food off didn't tell our waiter that our food had been delivered an also didn't tell our waiter we wanted more bread and water. Since it was Christmas day, they could have had Christmas music in the background and servers with something holiday on their black uniforms.... overall not dissatisfied, might try again in future.

We dined here on Christmas evening. We appreciated that they were open , we were on vacation. The ambiance was definitely not a steakhouse. It was very bright and stark. The food was okay..not great. My husband and dad got the steak and they said it was a bit dry and the potato tasted old. I got the chicken pasta and it was very bland.

I think the restaurant tried to be upscale for Christmas Day but the staff was ill prepared for that type of dining experience. While there was plenty of waitstaff they almost were tripping over one another in the confusion. In the future we will stick to a fine dining restaurant so we come away with a good experience.
