I come through or order Online at least three times a week at the Port Orange location and normally have a great experience but this morning my order was made incorrect and I was Treated rather rudely my summer. when I told her that my drink was made incorrectly, she wrote her eyes open. My drink up, poured some out and added the espresso shot with both espresso and frozen coffee, dripping down the sides of the cup, put the lid on it, and then tried to hand it to me. I asked her if she could please wipe it off and she has Astley wiped one side as it was still dripping from the bottom and trying to give it to me so I asked her again to please wipe it off because it’s dripping from the bottom and I do not want to get it on me or my car , as I am on my way into work. This whole time she was rude and doesn’t seem like a good fit to be the face of your brand. This is the location I always go to because I have gotten to know most of the employees that work early morning , so I will be back, but this was completely unacceptable .

Dunkin’ is wonderful, but why don’t they have long John’s? Cannot find any donut shops that offer long John’s. They are my favorite donut.

I only get regular, X-Large hot coffee & coconut donuts. Both are delicious.. I've had the donut holes, before & they're yummy ??!! Any flavor donut holes are delicious! ??.We don't eat at the establishment, but, I've gone inside to pick up our order(s), and it's very clean, especially the bathrooms. The workers are attentive & kind, with a smile..Parking: Plenty of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There's plenty of handicap parking. There's a double-wide entrance into the store.
Some of the staff are nice, but a good few of them sound like they really hate their jobs. I work at a coffee shop myself and still come here because you get more bang for your buck. I would be willing to deal with the rude employees if it was a Popeye's situation— where you know the ruder the employee, the better the food. But that's not the case here. You just get rude employees and bad food. But whatever, minimum wage = minimum effort. I get it. However, as a consumer, I just can't recommend this place to anyone else.
