My wife and I had a nice lunch here yesterday. Bacon wrapped scallops were good, turkey wrap and the wedge salad were also good. Nice sautéed spinach also. I recommend this place.

Malibu Beach Grill has a pleasant environment outdoor seating, available next to the lake and playground. Their food and service are both reliably good, above average for this area. Prices are a bit steeper than some other options, but the food is just so worth it! The plates usually come with a side of vegetables, and some sort of a starch, or perhaps a second vegetable, which is nice to have,if you're trying to eat healthily. I usually get the citrus scallops, but I've never been let down no matter what I choose. Their desserts are usually equally good and worth the extra spend.

We had a nice family dinner. The restaurant was not very crowded for our 7:15 dinner. The server was super attentive and gave us time to enjoy our meal. I had the petite size of the Parmesan chicken and with that and the delicious two sides it was enough. We also had cocktails that were a nice size and delicious. Recommend.

Service was great, food overall was mediocre. Alaskan codfish was super slimy and absolutely zero taste and even added the Malibu topping had to send back didn't taste right. Drinks were good, nice ambience. Would not go back.
One of our favorite places to eat at when we are in town! We always come in for the early bird menu. I usually get the sirloin, but the rest of my family gets the panko parmesan chicken which is to die for! Their mashed potatoes are the best I’ve ever had. We never miss out on getting the fried asparagus as an appetizer. Complimentary bread for the table always fills us up a bit as well. Good salads. I don’t drink much, but I dream about their strawberry mango sangria. Always excellent service too!

The quality has definitely gone down with both service & food. I understand things will take a little longer when someone is training, but WOW. Service was very slow. The drinks were absolutely terrible. If you're training someone who doesn't know their pour count, you should have them using a jigger. When I say slow... not to be mean, but she literally moved like a snail... bacon wrapped scallops barely cooked, then deep fried, and took 4 minutes to come out.... how long were they sitting in the window to be resold? French onion, in my opinion, the cheese is the best part! It didn't exist. And the bread was burnt. Definitely not in my plans to go back. We ended up going somewhere else for the rest of our dinner.

Brought friends in that were visiting from MI for lunch there was a slight hiccup however everyone was happy- both food and service was good.Jessie was our server & she was great- making us all laugh!I usually come in on Wednesday afternoon just to see her. She is the best! Laughter is good medicine and she always delivers!!! ?❤️Dietary restrictions: One friend had a fish allergy & Jess recommended many options to try
