04/10/2024 3.30 pm the black women employee taking orders had attitude to my 11 y old Son who asked her for a to go paper bag ! I noticed she had attitude the whole time with others too !! If you hate your job then don’t put it with your attitude on customers specially not on a young polite kid! I heard every words and my Son was nothing but polite !Check the camera and see how she give the bag to my son ! We won’t go back there !

Just went through and ordered two chickens a sweet tea and a smoothie, the lady read back the wrong order at the cash window as I corrected her, they still gave me the wrong bag at the pickup window. I did not want a quarter pounder with fries

I love going to my comfort food McDonald’s & we recently moved to Port Orange and been going to this location several times now. Compared to most McDonald’s this one is by far the BEST from staff, cleanliness, speed & accuracy of our hot food. If you are near this location it is worth a try.

I witnessed an employee sticking their entire ungloved hand into a fry box and then filling it. I normally drive out of my way to go to this McDonald’s. I hope they do better.

The food was incorrect and the manager had to come to the window to hear the correct order but left before hearing our order. Definitely not ordering person but the 2nd window just gives you the next bag not caring or knowing what’s in it. Food was fresh and quick but doesn’t matter if it’s wrong.

Order sausage and cheese biscuit when I got it it was just sausage I came back through when I realized it and they slap the cold piece of cheese on my biscuit and it was already cold and you would think customer service is their thing no it's not
