NO ENGLISH! The third party company that this store location has hired out to take orders is horrible. There is a huge disconnect between the people ordering and the people taking the orders. If you are going to hire out a third party company to take orders for you, at least make sure they speak and UNDERSTAND english. Right? Seems like a good idea.

I am a vegetarian. I order the garden pizza paying extra for each veggie topping. I looked at it when I got home. There are microscopic little, barely identifiable scattered pieces of the toppings. Never again to papa johns. At Guisseppis the pieces of toppings are large and falling off the slice as you eat it. Should have gone back to Guisseppis! Same price for very inferior pie at papa johns.Vegetarian options: Lots of offerings but try to find them on your pie. GREAT DISSAPPOINTMENT

They are adding tips themselves on debit/credit cards. I dont put tip but yet after they deliver I get charged 4 dollars more. It's happened 3 times so far. Im going to contact a lawyer. ORDER CASH ONLY!

Absolutely awful experience and I don't usually make a fuss. First time my order was "delivered", it wasn't and I called, was put on hold for 10 minutes and they ended up explaining a completely different house from mine and any surrounding neighbors so still not even sure where that order ended up. They said they'd send one back out within the hour and finally got the pizza but it was cold and I was missing the other half of my order and no one answered the phone. Have always had small issues with delivery but nothing like this. Won't ever try delivery again.

Great customer service especially Lexi the store Manger I had a slight issue with my order not a big deal or anything but she took care of it and was super friendly and understanding I've spoken to her a few times when I call and make my order and she is always cheerful and nice ....
I asked for the boneless wings to be extra sauced. I was told they can't do that because they have lots of sauce on them already. I asked for an extra side of the sauce they told me they didn't offer those flavors on the side. The wings are far from covered in sauce as seen in the picture. I ordered the spicy garlic stuffed crust and a regular garlic stuffed crust pizza but did not get a flavored stuffed crust. We received plain stuffed crust. I ordered the largest cheese bread offered and was given a single 2 ounce cup of marinara dipping sauce which is far from enough dipping sauce for that size cheese bread. This was a very disappointing experience.

This papa johns is awful. They kept me waiting for two hours. I will never order from the port orange pizza again. I called the manager and he could care less that we had to wait that long. Very disappointed in their store and customer service.

I want to take a moment to thank Leo and Alyssa for their kindness and hard work. Every time I come to this location, those 2 always make it an enjoyable experience. IF I ever had an issue, they were always quick to fix it. Those 2 deserve to be acknowledged for what they do. They are the reason I continue to order from here. It is hard to find people like those 2 who are willing to work and have exceptional customer service. Thank you, Leo and Alyssa for how you have treated me and my family. I hope Papa Johns realizes how valuable you both are.
