My husband and I were looking forward to a great pizza night after dealing with COVID. We were truly dissatisfied with the food recieved. Even the box of wings was all smashed in. I just hope it was not dropped and they still gave it to us. Sauce was splashed all inside. The pizza was somewhat overcooked and hard as well. The bread sticks was the only decent part of the meal. A total waste of money.

Easy to order online, the pizza & breadsticks got here extremely fast & my delivery driver was the best ever! One of the best most kind drivers I’ve ever had. I would really like someone above a manager or above that to acknowledge him & you have a wonderful employee! Once again he should really be recognized!

They are understaffed. It is unacceptable that only one person is manning the restaurant. It is not his fault that I waited 15 minutes after checking in for contactless curbside pickup. The gentleman had superb customer service skills despite being overwhelmed.

Pizza was cold on delivery and way over baked. I ordered the same pizza a few weeks ago and it was awesome. Please be more consistent with quality!

I initially made the mistake of ordering pick up but meant to deliver. After calling in the attendant fixed my mistake and a delivery was made. He was cordial and helpful. The food was excellent.

If I would leave zero I would, we order a pizza for a bachelorette party and they literally gave us a stupid 8" x 2" frisbee and it was absolute joke for $16 I can't use that and It was a complete disappointment & a joke. I will never ever ever ever ever be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again in my life and I called corporate and they never answered. We stayed on hold for the store for about 30 minutes until midnight, which is of course when they close, no one answered, they just kept putting us on hold and I was on the phone on hold with corporate for 20 minutes

TERRIBLE. We called to confirm our order. It was terrible. We ordered at 10:35. It's 12:15. When we got our pizza it was so tiny!! Not even half of the pizza box thinking we were ok for 16$. Your CRAZY. WE had a special request for a bachelorette and never got it. It was even smaller than a regular pizza. We called and was on hold for 25 minutes until they were closed. They never answered. The managers name was Matthew. Very Terrible. Never again!!! Terrible!!! Don't waste time!!!!!!

Worst pizza we ever ordered. Overcooked, mushrooms and olives were almost dehydrated. Hard to find what pepperoni was on it. Very little sauce and what was on it came 2 inches from the edge and the whole pizza was overcooked. Had to order from a different company to get a pizza we could eat.

Worst pizza hut store ever. Don't believe the estimated time as it will tell you 45 minutes but end up waiting for more than an hour and 30 minutes and not even received the order. No one answer the calls. The driver doesn't answer his phone and when I called him from a different phone he answered and hung up as soon as he heard my voice. Never ever ordering again from this store.
I love their pizza but trying to talk to someone cuz they got our order wrong is impossible……. If you call the number it’s not the store… it is a call center (why) and then you will sit on hold for 30 minutes or longer before someone at the store will pick up….. they aren’t even open for dine in so why does it take so long???? So I ended up putting my baby into the car (52 degrees outside) and driving to the store. When I got there everyone was standing around and I was still on hold….. the only plus side was the delivery driver was there and helped me and also had it made fresh.

Worst service ever!! I ordered online @6:50pm Friday night and the estimated delivery was 8:20pm which my wife has screenshots of. At 8:45 I called to question the manager about my delivery and the estimated time. I waited on their automated answering service for a total of 13 minutes before I hung up due to no one answering. When the delivery guy finally made it I asked what took so long and he gave me the typical Friday night speech with 12 orders waiting to be delivered. Then when I asked why no one was answering the phone he asked if I had the right number, I showed him and he verified it was the right number. But then gave me screw ball look and could not explain why. With the Idk!! Not to mention the delivery driver was blaring “death metal” music and to top it all off our pizza was completely cold and they forgot our drink which I did not know about until after my wife informed me….. Pizza Hut GET IT TOGETHER! I will be going up there to confront the manager after posting this! Absolutely Horrible!

Ordered pizza online and took more than 2 hours to get my 1 large pizza, a small personal pan pizza and a drink. The time that it estimated to be delivered was so far off and then when you try to call the restaurant, no one answers your call so your basically just screwed. I will never order from here again as their service is horrible.
