Smoothies were nasty and not to our liking. Expressed that I would like a refund. The staff member Christian called store owner Daedra Hamann who would not give refund unless I came back on Monday while she is in. I explained that we are not from the area,In town for a tournament, and refund was still denied. This is ridiculous and I've never heard of such a thing. While Christian was on the phone with Daedra I asked for corporate info and was told I need to look it up. Poor service overall!!!!!!

Great group of workers! The owner is awesome! They’re always recommending great smoothies and even their ‘snack’ items. They even remember you when you come in if you’re a regular and have your drink spot on so shows they pay attention and care!Stop here for all your smoothie needs.Super healthy.

I ordered the chocolate Elvis online. I was a little early to pick it up but it was already ready! The lady was super friendly and the smoothie was delicious. You guys are awesome. ❤️?Dietary restrictions: They offer oat milk and plant based smoothies.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp to get onto the sidewalk

The girls at the counter were nice, and the smoothie tasted good up until a piece of hair came up through the straw. I’m sure it’s an isolated incident but definitely be a bit more careful about that sort of thing. I called and let them know, they offered to remake it but honestly didn’t want a new one after that, maybe I’ll try them again in the future and update the review but for now, please employees with long hair be more careful when making consumable items.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would Every time I enter this establishment I am always greeted with a smile The employees are so kind and always smiling Very Clean! The smoothies are always great tasting. If I have any questions about the ingredients I am never treated in a disrespectful way or rushed to make a decision
If I could give this place a 0 I would. I use to come here often and have ordered all sorts of drinks, Java the Nut being one of them. Today September 18th, I went in there around 2pm and ordered the same thing with my husband. We left and immediately it tasted off. It tasted like straight black coffee. I asked my husband to turn around and head back. I told the person who made it that it wasn't right. She immediately started getting rude and raising her voice at me. I asked if they could remake it and she said I'd have to pay for it. I told her I wasn't and she continued to raise her voice and getting other customers involved when I asked why she was yelling. The other employee was very sweet and tried to handle the situation but was overpowered by the one yelling. I asked to speak to a manager and there was not one there. I asked for her name and she refused.To the manager I have never been treated like this by someone that works in retail. I would come to your store monthly, sometimes bi-weekly. If she isn't talked to or reprimanded you're going to lose customers. I'm sure the customers were in aww at your employee yelling at me.*****Update*******I posted this review on Sunday. Today Wednesday, the manager reviewed the tape and called me. They changed their coffee brand which changed the flavor of the drink.Unfortunately, the manager didn't handle this well. She made excuses for her employees behavior saying she's only 18 and doesn't have life experience. It is your job to train her when problems arise if no manager is present. Not wellllllll she's only 18.

I have tried their smoothies before so went in on a hot afternoon. The staff were friendly and polite. The place was crystal clean. I got their Strawberry, Banana Smoothie. It was good but a tad bit on the sweeter end. Overall a good place, a tin bit expensive.
