Worst service (or lack thereof) we have EVER had. Not once were we asked if the meal was OK or if we needed anything else. Would you like a refill on your drink or a re order of all you can eat ribs. Never ever have we been treated this way. Not how or what we expect from Sonnys or anywhere for that matter.

I can not speak to anything other than the brisket which, was very poor. The serving size was decent however it was mostly just fat. Worst brisket I've ever had!
1st time at Sonny's. Liam was the waiter.Service was good but the food was fantastic !Will definitely be back !The 1 thing that could use improvement would be the cornbread.I had the Sonnys Sampler, the ribs and beans were so good that it still deserves a 5 star experience.Oh ya.....prices are very cheap for what you all get.Cheapest kids menu I've ever seen !Dietary restrictions: Why wife is gluten intolerant and could eat almost everything on the menu. Super rare to find a menu like this for her ANYWHERE !

Valentine's night, we came in close to closing. The cook and Derrick didn't turn us away. They stayed longer while we ate and told us not to rush. Great customer service and food!

Beautiful service by server Derek! Had wonderful enthusiasm and provided great atmosphere while eating, making sure we were set on everything. He brought out dessert and when they were short on chocolate and glaze dip for the donuts he improvised with his own! We appreciate the wonderful service he gave :)
