Back before the renovations they had a pretty decent crew in there and the guy that was the manager I guess that's what he was was really polite and on point. Ever since they've done the renovation? It's a whole new crew in there and they are rude and unattentive and they act like they hate anyone under the age of 50. What happened to the crew that was in there? This new staff sucks

This franchise owner is basically going against the rules by watering down all drinks, especially the refresher. They taste like pure water with a hint of flavor. Most reviewers noticed the same thing. Either make the drinks right or don't bother.

Had a wonderful gentleman taking our order. He made us feel like he loved his job and was sincere about us being there. This is so uncommon these days that it made my entire day! Oh, and the coffee was great also.

Rating 4 stars simply because they can be inconsistent. When I pull up to the drive through and hear Tyler's voice I KNOW I'm going to get the best drinks! When he's not there it's a toss up. Tyler is the absolute best... he is SUPER patient and always a joy to talk with while waiting for our order. My boys have Sensory Processing Disorder and he has HEARD the meltdowns that can ensue when something is out of their normal routine. He knows what they like to order and will quickly get everything ready. I am SO thankful for this. I can't wait to see the new place once its done with the remodel and we are SO ready to get Tyler back <3

Dealt with Angela in the drive thru was ready to take my order but had to repeat it 3 times to her she said she wasn’t listening cause she was busy introducing herself to someone else and had me repeat myself again was very rude and short with me and still didn’t give me my light light ice seems like she can’t do a couple things at once

Stopped by while traveling back home. All drinks made perfectly! They had a long to go line but no one inside so we didn’t have. along wait. Bathroom was clean! All of our drinks were made correct and tasted great!Parking: Plenty of parking. This is close to many businesses so there are plenty of shared lot space to use.
