Coastal Grill and Raw Bar is a convenient restaurant for both residents of Port Orange, Florida and travelers heading up or down Interstate 95. Coastal Grill and Raw Bar is located on Dunlawton Avenue which leads to an exit on Interstate 95 and is pretty much the main road heading east and west in Port Orange, Florida. The place has a pretty cool ambiance, it definitely enhances the overall dining experience. The service is friendly and professional. This also enhances the dining experience. The menu is a bit eclectic. Seafood and barbecue on the same menu seems a bit of a stretch, but it is what it is. The New England clam chowder was a great start to the meal. I am a huge fan of New England clam chowder and Coastal Grill and Raw Bar has a pretty solid New England clam chowder. For my main entree, I went with the fried seafood platter. Nothing spectacular, but nothing terrible either. I was between three and four stars, but went with four stars mainly for the service and the ambiance. The food I would probably go with three stars.

The only downside was the serving for the pan seared scallops were a little small. They were very tasty, per my wife, just a little small for the price. That said, we would highly recommend this place and will return during our next visit to Port Orange.

Our server and host were awesome. The food was tasty along with being fair market value for our meal. We celebrate each of our wedding anniversaries there and last night was our 24th. We plan to come and celebrate our 25th at Coastal Grill & Raw Bar. Keep up the outstanding work.

Wonderful seafood choices, great steak, oyster shooters and I even got a free dessert on my birthday! Festive atmosphere and they have high tops and booths! Ample parking but make a reservation so you don't have a long wait for a table.

Our server Maria had absolutely no personality. Failed to introduce herself, and was very slow. My dish was delicious, but my wife didn't care for hers. Best part was the delicious Neighbors Ice Cream dessert. I would not mind returning, but I'll have to work on my wife.

I love their salmon for an appetizer, I'll sometimes have that as my meal! They also have a great martini special until 7pm. The bartender knows how to make a dirty martini perfectly. I like the layout of the restaurant and when there's space at the bar we enjoy eating there.

My daughter, wife and I visited Coastal last night for my birthday. This was not our first time. However it was our best. The food as always is incredible. I love the lobster mac and cheese. My wife has been unwell lately and truly loved her soup, it was the most she has eaten in the last two weeks. But what we loved the most. Truly the best part was our server Brianna. My daughter is a manager for a restaurant in Orlando and even she was impressed. This young lady was a delight. She cares about her guest. We never felt unwelcome or a bother. The next time we are in we will be asking for her.
