By far the worst smoothie I've ever had. I orderd the Peanut Paradise and it literally tasted like a water smoothie. I have always gotten this smoothie with no problems, but this was absolutely horrible. It was like drinking crushed ice. I complained to the company and they sent me a coupon that required I order flatbread so I can get another smoothie for $1.99. I don't want a flatbread I want what I paid for and that was a Peanut Paradise smoothie. I will never waste my money at Tropical Smoothie again.

The owner of this location is the problem. I've had issues with orders and she ignores my calls and attempts for refunds. I refuse to go back. Food is just microwaved.

My boyfriend and I go here all the time. The people here are so amazing, courteous, and kind. They are attentive and helpful. I can’t emphasize on how fantastic the atmosphere, the food, and the employees are here. Every meal is always made fresh and comes out hot and ready. Out of all the Tropical Smoothies I’ve had the pleasure to visit this one is my favorite! Thank you to all the staff for making every encounter sweet as your smoothies!?
The smoothie is great. Someone needs to rent a power washer and clean the place. Bathrooms were grosse, and the rest of the place needed a good cleaning and some paint.

Every other time I order from this place on DoorDash my order is incorrect or made wrong. It’s astonishing. I believe the problem lies with the employees. They seem disengaged and not focused nor do they appear to care about customers. Management is non existent apparently. Tropical smoothie cafe, you’re fired!
