Our server Sam has great customer service she went above and beyond for us if I was the supervisor of Waffle House I would give her the gm position because she deserves it we will definitely be coming back to see Sam keep up the good work

The food was good, but the atmosphere was so awkward feeling, and we just couldn't wait to get out of there. No one seemed to have any emotion, good or bad.. not friendly at all but not rude, so...

The waiter was totally weird and kept hovering around us (we were the only diners in the restaurant) and when my girlfriend complained of the strange lime taste the steak had that she ordered and how she didn't really like it, he doubled down and assured us that he personally inspected all incoming food deliveries and that was just because of the "injections" the steaks got, whatever that means. He didn't offer her something different to eat or a discount or anything normal and instead offered a to-go box for the steak she didn't want. We just ended up paying full price and leaving. We never had a problem here before but after this twilight zone episode, we will never be back.
