Pit Boss provided shredded pork for a recent community potluck picnic. The meat was great. They were a pleasure to work with. The staff was so nice each time I called. The delivery was exactly on time! Thank you Tim and staff.

We arrived around 6pm on a Thursday night, Devin was our waiter. We sat at a table that had not been wiped off which was accomplished quickly. We were provided with menus and water. Our guests chose the port sandwich, my wife picked baby back ribs, and I decided on the chili plus a beef sandwich. Our order arrived in good time, the food was hot and delicious. The sandwiches were over loaded with meat the fries were a little skimpy but the large sandwich made up for it and you didn't want any more to eat. The baby back ribs fell off the bone and were cooked just right. We have been looking for a good Bar-B-Q place and we have found a jewel..

Well, to put it short and sweet...the sandwich I had was horrible. No problem, will not return. The meat was dry and therefore, stringy. I do not think I have had a sandwich as horrible as that one. Hence, will not return.

Late night dinner and so I decided to order to go but waited and had a local beer. I ordered the regular southern barbecue ribs. They were huge! Taste very good. I was surprised and pleased.

Came in on a Sunday night and they were slammed! Got apps in less then ten minutes. Food is on point! CAILEY WAS AMAZING! Don’t waste your time looking for bbq any where else! 6 Stars!!

Trash. Over priced trash. Mostly fat, tasted disgusting, they picked the flavor of sauce, meat was cold and dry. Mac and cheese tasted like they shoveled it out of a campfire. Potato salad came from Publix. Sides are extremely small. No bread, $24 for 2 "meals" that were actually just enough for 1. Baked beans were ok but they were clearly canned. Tried to give what I could not eat to the dog and it is still in his bowl. The woman taking orders was Incredibly kind.

The server's were very nice, BUT the food was the worst. This is the first time I ever had pork ribs that were excessively chewy, and hardened grissel. Could not clean the bone. Plater was 4 ribs, 9 soggy fries, and a small ketchup cup of beans with chunks of fat in them. All for $18. Baby back ribs didn't fall off bone, also dry, and shrimp were dry. I hate to give a bad review, but this was the worst, and most pricey. The bar b que cause was loaded with a smoke flavoring too. I do not recommend. The cooks were leaning all over players and talking, nothing to prevent facial hair, or hair, or even saliva from getting in food. Server has hands on phone,register,bar,and God knows what else AND ALL OVER OUR FOOD. No wash, no gloves, same with cooks. Wish I could give review with hope, but it was that bad.

The ribs had just the right amount of smoke not over powering but they could've been a little more tender. Also the pork bbq sandwich was good also but it had a little to much fat in it. People were great with awesome customer service.

One of our favorite restaurants. We have tried pretty much everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. The fried mushrooms are the best in the area, hands down. Good food, good service, reasonable prices. What more could we want?

I have never been disappointed with the quality of the bbq in this place. They are super friendly and the prices are very reasonable. This place is an important part of the Pasco food scene. Although it once a had more location, this place has been great for the last 20 years that I have lived here. They use traditional technique and the bbq they make does not have the mystery chemicals that some big chains use. Locals love this place.

Not great BarBQ. There may some items that are OK but for the standards like brisket and ribs, Pit Boss product is mediocre. Make it yourself. You'll be happier.

Very good food to grab and go. They have a few picnic tables and a screened-in room where you can eat but not much for ambiance. Prices are reasonable and portions are good. When we want to eat on a picnic table we grab some food here and take it to nearby Robert Rees park to have some better scenery as we chow down.
