Went inside and ordered got home and realized the order was completely wrong . Ordered burbon chicken and plain lo mein with Mongolian beef . Didn’t have one right item .

Food was amazing and service was fast. Post-Covid though they no longer have the advertised lunch bar. Restaurant is dated but clean. Not a lot of dine in customers so finding a table in the small dining area isn’t a problem. Menu options are plentiful and even though it was only our second visit everything we’ve tried has been delicious.

I call once, sometimes twice a week. My order is ALWAYS, between 50 and 80$. I called today with 100$ order . Asked for the 2 liter and 2 egg rolls from coupons free with order over 45$. I was told no… so, they are gone!!! Many places around. Goodbye non compliant Booming Express. Absolutely horrible. I stayed loyal even though your ratings are well below a 4. That’s bad. I see why, besotted your good quality. Shameful. Please people, be smart,, go elsewhereKid-friendliness: Horrible to me on phone. Completely unprofessional. Very sad conversation.

People are nice, the restaurant was relatively clean for the area it's in. Food is definitely not good at all. Everything is just "okay", you're getting what you pay for with their lower prices. Chicken was soggy and rubbery, rice is bland, egg roll was not crispy and bland, soy sauce packets they gave me tasted spoiled, general so's sauce tasted spoiled, the baby corn was 100% for sure spoiled. This is GROSS.

Delivery was perfectly on time, even a little early. The customer service when ordering was great. I ordered late on a Saturday night, 40 mins before they closed, but was told it was fine. The chicken and beef teriyaki was inedible. Cross between jerky and dry. The 4 (pork?) Egg rolls that we ordered had not one speck of pork and couldn't be greasier. Pork fried rice was average at best. The seasame chicken,altho flavor was typical,was also inedible b/c the chicken was WAY over fried. We order twice to 3 times a month as a special treat at many different restaurants. I'm getting so sick of getting horribly low rate food at higher prices (altho the price for Chinese food hasn't increased much). So, the best that we can do is stop buying. Only way it's going to change. And write reviews. Hope this helps. Ohh, and no darn utinsels napkins nor fortune cookies! Lol

Great Bourbon Chicken and other food, with generous portions. One drawback is the Lunch Express Bar isn't always running 11-3 as advertised. Regardless I still give 5 stars, it's that great!

Ordered a house special fried rice in the qt container,upon open I find hardly any port,chicken,and they place four big shrimp in it to make the customer think it’s a good meal. Almost 10 dollars for qt of yellow rice for that matter,hardly no meat! I called them to get it fixed but all I was greeted with was them being very defensive,in saying their was chicken and plenty of meat! I wish I can post the pic of slop they gave! If I can give a zero stars I would!
Everything was cold, and we were sick the next day I recommend not eating at this restaurant

Ordered delivery said 45 minutes but showed up early! Everything was delicious! Pork lo mein, crab rangoon, honey chicken , sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls!

I visited for the first time today. I placed an order through Door Dash and picked up the order. The food was ready on time. The inside of the restaurant looked a bit run down and smelled like chitterlings were being cooked. It was not a welcoming smell. The lo mein and rice were overcooked. The egg foo yong and hot and sour soup were delicious. The serving sizes were as expected. Overall I can't recommend this restaurant, but I'm glad I tried a new place.
