I just left the Burger King in Port richey Fl. Us 19. The fries were burnt oiled and obviously sitting for a long time. What I dont get is how a manager would let them pass through the window like that. No sense of remodeling and updating a store for so much money when the employees obviously do not take pride in their jobs. First time there since the remodel. Very disappointed.

My family and I just left there. The oil that came from the fries almost made us sick 3 fries in. The fries looked burnt as well as sitting for a long time. I would have drove back, however there was an accident directly across the street. I couldn't get in the left lane because it was blocked off. Very disappointed in that store and the lack that management even let the fries leave the window.

Some real nasty burgers here! This place was so dirty that I noticed 3 roaches crawling around the soda machine.Never eat at this place. Want a roach in your burger?

This location isn't open. They say it is but it's not. Drove by there and all the lights are on like it WAS open but not anymore.

Not a happy camper ? The 19 & Stone location always seems to screw up the order. The last time I was there I had 2 orders of fries in my order, I got home only to find that once again they were over salted (this coming from a salt lover!) and they were dry and over cooked. I drove all the way back to get fresh ones. The gal at the window was not rude but not very friendly either just abrupt. I love BK but I am done with this location.

The person taking the orders on Saturday morning, June 14th is horrible. I ordered4junior breakfast burritos. 2 ham and 2 sausage. They were all sausage. I dont like sausage. How hard is it to get it correct. Thanks for ruining my breakfast you moron.

The food was hot and good even the bread was sreamed warm good tomatoes and onions. I rarely comment about fast food.
Terrible. Chicken nuggets were old and dried out, chicken sandwich had no taste. I managed that store years ago.

I have been isolating as a type 1 diabetic. But the TV ads said all the personal wore gloves and masks so as a support jester, I went to the hudson drive through. The window attendant had gloves but wore her mask on her chin and the order assembled had no mask and no gloves. When I pointed that out, the window pop person oh we all do. I directed her attention inside, and she made no comment. I am frankly disappointed.
