Honestly, the lady who took my order was on NyQuil P.m. or something else "I don't pass judgments on anyone " but she couldn't stand still she was waiving side to side, nothing went right with this employee. Special fried rice was basically rice and meat no sauce, I recommend having a drink next to you.

This establishment turned me off from the amount of boxes that are stacked when I first walked in but I decided to give them a try anyway! Then after ordering and paying for my food I went to the restroom which was filthy! If only I had saw the restroom before ordering my food I probably wouldn’t of eaten here! Once I receive my food I left and ended up tasting my food on my drive home noticing that my rice was rather crunchy or either undercooked! I called and spoke with someone who placed me on hold for what seemed like 10 minutes and when they return to the line they didn’t apologize after hearing me out however only tried to further justify the issue saying that the rice was overcooked perhaps or reheated but didn’t offer an apology or to remake my food! I didn’t want anything free and I didn’t plan to return either! I made them aware of that and they said nothing and hung up on me so I’ll definitely be calling the health department about this place because something isn’t right about this dirty little spot!

Very good food. A good place to get free boxes? I am not sure why there are many empty boxes piled up.Vegetarian options: I did have shrimp with the broccoli. Both were very fresh.

i see why this places gets a lot of 5's and a lot of 1's. the food is great. the service sucks. sucks hard. i was told my to go order would take 15 minutes. I was sat at one of the tables in the place thats maybe 10 feet *directly* in front of the two women taking orders. After 35 minutes go by and watching people get their orders who showed up after me I finally asked how much longer it was going to be - my food was sitting right there behind the counter for who knows how long, they just didnt bother to give it to me. I guess thats what kind of service a 20% tip for carry out gets you these days. Oh and when I got home I found out the order wasnt even correct. I didnt even get the egg fried rice I was charged extra for.

First time ordering from this place and my last ordered combination platter of boneless ribs. Chicken wings and crab Rangoon. I don't know if it was the cook that didn't close the lid correctly on my platter or if it was the delivery person I called to informed them that my boneless ribs spilled at the bottom and they told me not to touch the platter and they will be sending the delivery person with a new order when I told them I had to leave and couldn't wait around another 45 minutes to an hour. And I requested a credit on the platter and was told " there wasnt anything they can do about it.," Poor customer service. The young lady that took my order is very sweet. They could had given me a credit on my next order. Was I suppose to sit around waiting for a new order when I had to be at work? Will be posting pics of the disaster I received.
