This is the WORST chipotle location! Out of chicken. Out of steak. Was told 2 minutes on the chicken. Waited 18 minutes before my kids got restless. This is NOT the first time this has happened at this location. It’s a 50/50 shot on whether they have the main ingredients that go into their products. We love chipotle and this location is conveniently minutes away from our house. We ended up driving all the way to the location on 54 and Little Road. That location rocks but unfortunately adds 15 minutes of drive time both ways to get dinner. We will not be returning to the location on holiday hills and 19

updated 4/17/24. unfortunately this store has seen another dip in quality and consistency since my last review. this might be the most poorly ran chipotle on the west coast of florida. they are always short staffed. employees are constantly arguing with each other discussing being underpaid and the various people that have called out that day. i go to this chipotle on average twice a week, i have NEVER seen the general manager ever literally ever. i have seen a kitchen manager who sometimes has rage screaming fests with the other employees in the parking lot. as a customer i love to watch this chaos but it is sad as a company that corporate and management can’t get a handle on this situation and it’s obvious that they don’t care to fix it. it’s a shame but pretty on brand for anything in New Port Richey. but i do love chipotle.visited 3/18/23. 5pm. two girls working the line were very rude. cashier and to go specialist were helpful and picked up slack. shame bad attitudes can hinder and good chipotle experience!!

This was by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to based of not only the food but the customer service, one of the employees was just so unbelievably rude and snappy. I totally get that everyone has their off days but gollyyy, people should not be treated the way this young lady treated/spoke to me.

I came in an hour before closing and the staff was more concerned about cleaning rather than the 10 people in line and the 7 online order they had. No steak, no fajita veggies. I understand wanting to go home at the end of the night, but unfortunately your hours have you open until 10pm. Sure hope you get better guidance at this store as the one girl making the food for the front was doing so alone. No teamwork to be found. Just cleaning.

Awful! I LOVE Chipotle and usually go to store off Cortez in Hernando County. Wow! Never again will I go to the Port Richey restaurant. No chicken, no white rice, no veggies, no chips and no CARE by all employees. Trash cans overflowing, 2/3 of restaurant tables were dirty. Asked to speak to a manager and the cashier laughed at me. Took the manager's business card and AI told me to go to their website if I needed to "vent". Well I'm venting! AWFUL!!!!!I wish I could post pics.

Honestly the lack of customer service, pride in the food they are putting out, and professionalism is astounding. We ordered two bowls and 3 bags of chips on Uber Eats. Both bowls show up with no rice, no vegetables, and none of our chips. I called the restaurant to see if this was a mistake and was told that no, they were just out of rice and chips when our order was placed. So then don’t send out the order until you make more rice and chips? Then we’re told that our Uber Eats driver did not speak English and was rushing them to get the order, so they sent it out knowing it was incomplete. Like what? Just let him cancel the order then and a new driver will come! They also tried to say our Uber Eats driver waited “over 35 minutes for the order”, but we placed our order at 6:55PM and it was sitting at our front door by 7:11PM. We live 7 minutes away from this location.

Went into the store to order. When walking in all employees standing around talking but once I’m at the counter to order they all dispersed to start working and tell me someone will be right with me. After several minutes and telling me again someone will help me i finally got to order. I guess online orders take priority over in person service. What a joke.

I’ve stopped myself from writing this review more times than I can count, but we’ll be traveling 20 minutes further to another Chipotle from now on. The amount of chaos and disorganization at this location is unbelievable! I won’t go into specifics, but if the owner wants to reach out for more information- I’d be happy to share our experiences with constructive suggestions.

Not sure how you spell her name. But catour the person who made my bowl. Super rude. Does not want to hear you ask for things. When ylu do ask for something or extra of something slams the spoon and throws your food in the bowl. Horrible experience. Typically it’s awesome. The people are friendly. I say this to anyone who acts like she did. If you don’t like customer service then don’t be in the industry if you are going to have an attitude. Plus they won’t give me a recipe get so how am I going to show my work what I spent.

No Teamwork whatsoever!The food was cold!Wasn't given option of dine in or take out!No receipt given!Ordered 2 $10 items and bill total reflected that, made 1 a combo and added a regular size drink, total went up drastically!2nd bad experience here and will not give another chance again!This place is dirty and asking to be shut down!
