On arrival, one guy was waiting on a to go order. Two homeless people in lobby. That is all , people seen me but never helped me. The girl told me two times just a minute after waiting 15 minutes with no service I left. The manager was goofing off with other employees. No one cares about service here.

I was in this KFC as a delivery driver around 5:30 today. They were extremely backed up, the drive through was at least 10 cars deep, the lobby full of people. One woman told me she had waited 25 minutes for two tacos and they still weren’t being made. When she asked for her money back she was told they were too busy and she’d have to wait until they had time. She asked for the manager and was told the manager was busy too. A male friend of her’s told them to give her money back. When they wouldn’t, a fight nearly happened with the man physically going after a male worker. Then other workers got involved and started physically going after the customer. Those in the lobby took cover towards the front of the store, away from the counter, as it looked like a brawl was going to happen. They finally gave her money back and the woman and her friend left. Then the staff started arguing with each other. One argument broke out when I nicely asked one worker how long my wait would be (so I could let another driver pick up if it would be long) and another worker yelled at her for answering me. Then those two got into it! Meanwhile they still have customers pleading with them to stop arguing and just do their jobs so they could get their food!! Wow! It was crazy! I cancelled the pickup for myself and got out of there. Through all of it, no one stepped up, said they were the manager and took control. It was pure chaos from every aspect. Terrible management!

Walked over from the Motel next door at 9:30PM. They turned me away saying they only accept cars at this time… I haven‘t seen this bad customer service in a long time. 100% disapointed!

Ordered 12 piece meal with all dark meat. (Should be 6 thighs and 6 legs) When I got home I had 11 pieces of chicken, 6 thighs, 4 legs and 1 wing. Kids not happy.

This has to be one of the most disorganized KFC's in my life they made us wait 45 minutes for two meals and the food was cold I do not recommend going here ever.

Could you put any effort into it, Jesus sorry I wasn’t aware that you had a Mac and cheese shortage. seriously why bother to even serve anything absolutely ridiculous it’s Mac and cheese if you can’t put it on a wrap don’t work in the food industry

I placed an order online went through the drive-thru and the drive-thru told me that the original chicken machine was down and it would be a few hours before it would be fixed and they asked me if I would like my chicken extra crispy and I said yes and I had placed a good so they asked me to pull into a parking spot and told me they would bring the food out when it was ready this was at quarter to three when I ordered online and at 4:20 my food was still not brought out to me so at 4:30 I walked in and there was a couple in front of me and no one else and I was explaining to them what and they said oh is your name Peggy and I said yes I looked over and there is my bag of food under a heater that was not heated so my food was all cold and I looked in the bag and I asked the cashier why they didn't bring my food out to me that I had been sitting there for 30 minutes waiting in the parking space and she said they don't bring the food out to us we have to walk in and get it. I informed her that the drive thru told me someone would bring it out to me .I think the employees need to get together and figure out how to do their jobs so the customer knows what to do and they do not have $45.00 worth of cold food to take home to their family. This is not a way to run a business.I did not have time to stand their and ask for them to remake my meal nor did anyone offer so I took the meal home and it was the WORST KFC we ever had. I will not be returning to this KFC.
