I wanted to love my experience at Kickin Wings, but sadly, I was met with disappointment. I called to talk about my order and ended up speaking with Mosis, the manager on duty. I was taken aback by his attitude; he was confrontational and seemed to doubt my honesty when I explained my food issue. His response was 'So what are you trying to get, ma'am? Which he then repeated into the phone 4 times after Rudely saying and MAM I know they weren’t burnt . which felt dismissive. He insisted the wings weren't burnt, but what really upset me was the lack of any offer to help make things right. It's tough to write this because I rarely complain, but I expected better, especially from a manager. Customer service is key, and I just didn't feel valued or even respected as a customer during our interaction. Even his tone in his voice was disrespectful and I would say it’s mainly the way he spoke to me that would make me not want to come back to order here again.

Great wings and a few extra flavors you don't see most places. I went after picking my son up from a half day of school so it was pretty empty but I can definitely see myself enjoying a night out there or watching games on their multiple TVs. I love the Bucs decor, which is rare when so many "transplants" everywhere.

My 50 year old husband (who looks like he’s in his late 20s) went in to pick up an order, the female bartender working on the night of Friday March 22nd ran to the door to open it for my husband of 25 years and asked him if his wedding ring was on tight! Yes sweetie it’s 25 years tight, btw he said you looked easy. ?
