My first and last visit I was so stoked when my friend pulled into Panera I've heard so many good things but had never been here. The atmosphere is casual, the lobby and dining area is clean. Food looked good. This is where my experience soured....My friend complained about the portion a person claiming to be the owner raised his voice and was in general showing his employees how not to give good customer service. I questioned why he wasn't eating he hesitated before he told me that part. Because I have some issues with eating hard bread he ordered my sandwich on softer bread it was made as pictured on toasted ciabatta. The French onion soup looked great but was quite flavorless. And then I tried the agave lemonade which seemed so watered down I thought it was lemon flavored water. So Mr owner we will never return. You are ruining the reputation that brought me there in the first place. Seems to me that in pinching pennies you are losing dollars great job.

We came in almost At closing time. I ordered a 1/2 sandwich ham and Turkey with fresh mozzarella. Broccoli cheddar soup. Excellent white bread. Very clean, Staff was top notch. Would have posted a picture but I ate it too fast.

EDIT, changed to 3 stars: I was directed to a link in my email rather than the customer care website, where I was able to be refunded for the missing item. This is definitely not an option when using the app or visiting the company site.I typically have an okay experience eating in here, but this is the first and last time I'll be doing a delivery order from this location. Their driver ignored my instructions (clearly printed on the receipt on the bag) and woke up the whole household by ringing the bell and pounding on the door, and then we found they didn't even send the right food in the first place, despite it being listed correctly on the receipt and supposedly checked off by an employee. Panera customer care is impossible to get hold of without a lengthy phone call. Overall, pretty disappointing experience.
