One waitress . She paid more attention to the dog that came in . In fact the dog got a drink first . Had to go get my own silverware and paper towels . Guess they don’t have napkins . Received 50% of my order . Bartender couldn’t refill my drink . Sad it’s a nice place with poor service . Food was pretty good but over priced. Thought I might send my bill to the Great Dane dog since he received more attention then I did and he didn’t have to pay .

My family and I went there for the first time last night. The atmosphere was great but the service and the food was horrible. Once we ordered it literally took an hr and 10 minutes to get our food. I ordered the shrimp boil and it wasn’t even close to a boil. A few shrimp on a plate with some old potatoes and a piece of corn. My wife got the captain platter and the fish was rubbery. The only good thing about our experience was the live band . They where awesome

The alcoholic drinks were sweeter than sweet And the fish dip was devoid of fish as far as I could tell – It was more like millet, mixed with chopped tomatoes, something green, and watery mayonnaise - I wish I hadn’t tried to eat any of it.

I was there with friends from work a party of 12 of us would have be more if others did not have to work late . Cause I work for the county and there more then 80 employees but about up to 20 of us get together to enjoy one another’s company out of the work place .But today Friday the 22 nd of March I arrived their and There was already some friends their . It was windy and misting a little our tables were wet from the wind they did not even try to accommodate putting their plastic walls down to block the wind we had to move to the bar . Our food came out to the table o almost wanted to say those people left . But we were nice considering our waitress Amanda that tried to help to get them to put the plastic walls down but they did not . We waited on one friend who worked late she came and eat then we all left in an hour cause we were not comfortable cause of the weather . But they only accommodated the other side where they have people come into sing . We as a group of 12 could have been more would have stayed and bought more drinks or appetizers but we were not happy . I put in a complaint . But us a friends are going else where . That care about their patrons . We could have spent good money there to celebrate of start of vaca but none of us were happy . Some of the group ordered food to go and left cause they would not put down the walls . But our waitress Amanda was nice . And was not her fault .We or I won’t be back .

Who is managing this location? Horrible service, $35 captains platter. Set the food down. Walk away. No silverware. They're incompetent. This is a beautiful establishment however being run by idiots. One bartender on a Friday night while the place is packed. Idiots absolute idiocracy!
We got there they sat us down next to a table with 2 people smoking. They didn't tell us or ask smoking or non smoking. It was so bad we almost left but just moved to a different table. The drinks were over priced and the service was very slow. I never put a negative review but the smoke was so bad for being outside. They need to have 2 section smoking and non smoking. Otherwise I did like the Atmosphere and the waitress was nice.

Food Quality went down hill from years ago. Had to leave earlier than expected, some girl singing terrible music. She should never be allowed to play there again. Upstairs they ruined the comfort level, ..."METAL CHAIRS???" they shot themselves in the foot when they wasted all that $$ remodeling this place, when it was perfect before?? W.T.F.??
