We ordered in the drive hop, waited 30 minutes, had to call back in to see if they even had our food then told us we must have moved stalls so they didn't have it, then miraculously said they had it when we said we were leaving. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Very slow service. Was ask to wait a moment and they will be right back to take my order. Several minutes go by and I hear them taking orders from cars that pulled in after me. From the time I pulled in to when I received my order it was about 20 minutes. So much for a quick stop on my lunch break. Went twice in the last few months and it was a similar experience.

And heaven forbid if you order through the app, you’ll be waiting 30+ mins for your food as you watch other customers pull up, order their food, then get their food and leave. I don’t know why I keep giving you a chance to get your act together, because clearly that isn’t going to happen.

This is seriously my favorite place to stop to eat. The food is delicious and the service is always spectacular. Try the pulled pork tatchos, Buffalo chicken empanadas or nerds slushee they are all great!! Thanks Sonic!

Cheyenne was completely the most rude excuse of a so called manger that there was I placed an order at one of the park up stalls waited 25 to 30 minutes never got my food. I press the button and they tell me yeah sorry your order just didn’t get put on the screen. at this point, I’ve already paid for the order and waited 35 minutes they refused to do anything to write the wrong wouldn’t give me a refund wouldn’t give me anything for free wouldn’t give me a discount wouldn’t do anything but pretty much tell me to screw off absolutely disgusting I’ll do what I can to get this to either corporate or at least this locations franchisee cause this is ridiculous people working here shouldn’t have jobs
