I’ve completely given up on this Starbucks. My final straw was the drive-thru girl Jillian. She practically threw my drink and food at me in the drive-thru. I understand you have times you have to meet but lacking the human decency to HAND your customer their food should be the bare minimum. The staff on the inside are rude and unmotivated. I received the warmest welcome when I walked in to this location today from Jen. Melody took my order and was the sweetest! I’ll be back simply for the excellent customer service. Yummy Shaken Espresso ?

Each time I have been to this location, Kaleb is always in such a pleasant mood and really showing the true meaning of the Starbucks experience. He is always greeting customers with a smile, connecting with others and has no problem making you feel that you are welcomed. If anyone is deserving of a shoutout, it’s him.
