Never in my life have I been so furious with service at Taco Bell . I asked the girl at the register to break my $10 bill that I got from my cash back after she had closed the register. She called her manager to open the box to break my bill and I overheard him say that is not our job. I told the girl that i paid in cash not credit maybe he thought I paid in credit and I was just asking to break cash. I would understand for the comment but I didn’t.he came to the window and I told him it trying to break the bill you guys just gave me for two $5’s he said he is not obligated to do so. I said I’m only asking to break a bill he proceeded to have an attitude and said he doesn’t have to oblige. I asked for his name and he said Carlos which is a lie because I heard the girl call him Marcus. I asked for corporates number and he said you can get it yourself and closed the drive thru window. I honked the horn to ask for a receipt so I can get the store number and no one came to the window and I was completely ignored until someone pulled up after they ordered. Some guy had look at the window from inside I said I need a receipt he mouthed back a receipt and walked away . Not sure if Marcus told them not to talk to me because no one came back to the window. The girl who originally took my order was just by the window ignoring me until another girl from the back came to the window opened it to talk to me I said I just want a receipt . I asked who is the manager above Marcus and she told me his name is Aaron who will be in at 3pm. Never in my life have I been treated like this and even in front off my child who was in the back .i was so angry and it’s not right when a child is asking me what’s wrong. There was no reason for me to be treated like this over me asking to break a bill that I just got from them from paying cash . What ever happened to customer service and kindness . Marcus should not be a manger if he doesn’t know how to treat customers and be polite . I’ve worked in customer service for many years and if a customer asks for corporates number you dont tell Them to get it themselves and close the window. You shouldn’t treat customers this way.

I ordered 2 tacos supreme and a crunchwrap supreme. one taco was soggy and the crunchwrap had no meat, cheese sauce or sour cream. Literally a "salad " wrap. Very disappointing.

This is my go to Taco Bell. Lived closer to the one on little and would drive farther for this one. Foods always fresh and hot. Guy that raps is also a plus. Keep up the good work!!

Not sure what her name was but she was the night shift manager and deserves a raise. I seen her offer a young guy who looked homeless who was just charging his scooter not bothering anyone not asking for anything a warm burrito on the house that she rang up and payed for herself. I Talked to him later on and come to find out that was the first cooked meal he's had in 3 months ?

They replaced my Mexican pizza with no problems. They were fast n friendly. It was pretty clean in the lobbyVegetarian options: You can replace meat with beans ?
I close at 12 and this place has saved me from starving so many nights. The food is always good, nothing missing, and the workers, even so late, are kind with no attitude.

Yesterday I ordered 26 dollars worth of food and they left out 2 dorito tacos called manager (aron) he told me I could come back when ever and get 3.went back to get them and ordered a few more things and get home and not even possible to pick up tacos look like someone played kick ball with them iv never seen this and been eating taco bell for 39 years worst one iv ever been too ands both times I was only one there Wow they need serious help
