It's a quick self service experiment with food thats anything but a fast food experience. You and your party choose your meals from pictures and descriptions and everyone uses one clipboard with a tab to make their order. You add up your total and pay with cash or check and leave a tip in the tip box . If you need change you make change in the "change" box. Drinks are available in the coolers. If a restaurant decides to take a no communication with the customer, no exceptions, cash only approach, the food should be flawless. I still can't quite get over the rude signs and "rules" for service. I can appreciate the desire to have a unique business with specialities but execution of this should still put the customer in a position where they feel welcome. The food is mostly spicy. So if you like hot food, this is the place for you!For someone who cannot eat hot spicy food the menu was disappointing. Service is marginally acceptable. You fill out your own order form. You are trusted to pay on the honor system - impressive. The food is brought to your table. You are expected to clear and clean your own table. Ambiance is very clean, casual and pleasant.
