Great place, met some great folks, But my wife was attacked by drunk bimbo at the bar. Apparently she is there often. Not a warm welcome to the area. She did not represent Port St. Joe well at all. We will not return at least to Tap Root.

They have a pretty good selection of beer and a cool outdoor place but the bar tender acted like we were bothering her to order a beer.

Tap Root is a great little open air bar in Port St Joe. This past week I was walking around PSJ taking photos and saw Tap Root next to the Goodwill store. I decided to stop by for a lunch beer, that lead into afternoon beers. :) Service was awesome and the beers on tap were cold and delicious. Highly recommend dropping into Tap Root for a cold one. There is also a slider truck next Tap Root if you want some food with your delicious beer.
