Out of the 4 or 5 times we've there, this was the best service we've had. Server (Terri i believe) was great. Food was OK, I got surf and turf with chimichurri. No chimichurri, steak was cool, not cold, but not hot either, turns out the lobster was rotten. After a couple bites I tasted ammonia. I spit a bite into my napkin which began to smell pretty quick. Told our server, she confirmed the same thing, ammonia. It was pretty evident the smell was strong enough to reach the tables next to us. Even our server took the napkin back to the kitchen... nothing. She did take the lobster tail back to the kitchen, chef said he didn't smell it and offered another one. No way I'm going to get another one! I asked for the manager, she was busy on a phone call. No one, not from the kitchen or the management ever stopped by. Instead I was presented with a bill for full price... for the lobster and the chimichurri I never got. I asked, server took it back and came back with a small discount. I left my phone number for the manager, nothing. Customer service is suffering everywhere, but this is unacceptable. Sad, because we live in the area and would like a consistently good place to go. But I'll never go back.

Hostess and manager were extremely rude and unapologetic about cancellation of our reservation. When we arrived we were told they were overbooked and had cancelled our booking. I did not receive a phone message or text even though they both were argumentative and insisted a call had been made. Very disappointed in the way we were treated.

At the end of the day, this place offers Waffle House steaks at Ruth’s Chris prices. The steaks were terrible quality. If you order the $50 “filet”, it is a tenderloin filet, a $6 steak, not a filet mignon. The ribeyes at Applebees are light years ahead of this place. We ordered three steaks and, generally, I will just eat the steak, even if it’s cooked wrong. However, them trying to pass off a $6 tenderloin as a “filet”, and charging $50+ dollars, we totally insulting.Service was mediocre at best. When you spend $300 for a family of four, you expect a certain quality and experience. This place offered neither. Save your money. Go to longhorn and enjoy a better steak at half the price

Very very disappointed! The restaurant is beautiful and the sunsets are amazing. The food and service were outstanding 10 months ago. We just went back last week and I had to send the "prime rib" back 2 times. I ordered rare/medium rare and i received more than well done each time (see picture). The 3rd time, I asked for a filet. My boyfriend had to eat his dinner by himself, I had to wait 2 hours and ate dinner by myself as well. The chef came out and appologized and stated that he was new. The prime rib looked and tasted like roast beef. It was extremely salty and dry. The manager came to the table and argued with me and told me that I cost her $150. I have NEVER had an experience like this before. She was very loud, the whole restaurant looked at her and listened to her arguing with me. I own a house on Cape San Blas and I will not be back to this unprofessional restaurant! The new management and chef are going to ruin this restaurant. Read the other current reviews!

Certainly one of the more expensive (better) restaurants in town. The standard of everything is higher than other restaurants in the city. For a meal you have to expect 80-100 dollars per person, more is possible. A special ambience for special occasions.

A foodie's beachfront paradise! Great food, drinks, extensive wine list, and excellent service! You need a reservation if you're bringing the family or a group. If it's just 2, you may get lucky and grab a first come, first serve seat at bar. The fish bites appetizer is a must! Ahi tuna, grouper, and scallop entrees are all great! Terri was our waitress and she was attentive. We will be back!

Good food and well presented, if a bit pricey. A very nice looking restaurant inside and out, with great views of the water. One of the best options in this area for something approaching fine dining. Excellent bar and wine list. It would be nice if something was done to cut the noise level so it would be possible to have a conversation without shouting, but it seems that a lot of restaurants these days ignore that concern. Will return on special occasions.

We were disappointed in the reservation process. We made our reservation two weeks out but we were told no window seating was available. After some confusion, we were eventually seated at a small table. Food was good and the wait staff were pleasant and attentive.

You will NOT find a better restaurant within 100 miles. The whole vibe/asthetic is spot on. Food and drinks delicious. Especially Tracey behind the bar. 10/10 experience ❤️
