“I haven’t had KFC for awhile , but craving some tenders. Went through the drive thu. I had to wait about 5 minutes before a very nice woman took my order. However, i was okay with that because it’s been a while. Upon ordering the woman was very helpful with the difference in qty and price. Like, between a Tender meal or only the tenders à la cart. I preceded to the window, the woman was very friendly in making sure I had the extra dipping sauce i asked for. The woman’s name is Nicole. I think it’s a home run when you can get first class customer service at any fast food restaurant So thanks Nicole for simply being you.“

“I have eaten at the crispy crunchy chicken in the gas stations , they were alright we finally tried this location and it was the best food was great, the guy that was there was awesome. He also made sure he would tell his other customer he be right with them. We had a large order he didn't panic. I recommend to eat here. The variety was even awesome. My daughter is picky who she eats from she sure love this place also the collard greens. So thank you for great customer service as well as the food“

“Been here twice now, and once at the gas station location not far away. This place is legit! Fantastic fried chicken and great sides. I'm guessing the only fast food place around that serves collard greens, and they were cooked perfectly. This time I had the jambalaya, and despite being a little bit dry, the flavor was right there. Throw in some hot sauce and you've got a side that might almost make you forget the chicken.Forget Popeyes, if you want some Cajun fried chicken this is the spot!“

“I didn't receive all my food, so needless to say I wasn't a happy camper when I got home! I called them to let them know what happened and I would come back for the rest of my food.The manager's response was very apologetic and offered me another side for the inconvenience.I know everyone can make a mistake, but how you fix it makes a difference!Thank you KFC for showing good customer service!“

“Keep your pot pies in stock! you’re always out. Bring green beans back. Keep your regular fried chicken available. You run out and we’re always left with that extra crispy stuff. Food is great when you have it available. Update: my partner is there now. 1 pm, they have no cooked chicken, pot pies, nothing!. Short staffed. This is a management problem.Vegetarian options: Need green beans. Other than coleslaw everything is starch“

“Went back today, only to find the drive thru packed. The inside restaurant was closed. I sat in my car for a long time like the other people. I ordered and finally picked up my order. The people working had a great attitude and worked hard to keep the orders flowing. ? The lady in the window was very nice and positive. Food was good to.“
