BURNT, SALTY, COLD, DRY!!! Took over 2hrs to deliver!!! We have order from place a lot of times the past few times we’ve order the quality as well as delivery time declined greatly! We order our pizza at 4:30pm today and it took over 2 1/2 hours get our order. After 2hrs I called to check in see where the order was only for them to say it just left them. The food was delivered 30mins after that only to get the wrong pizza. I called to let them know, they instructed me to give the pizza back to the delivery driver. I informed them that we had open the pizza and it touched it without realizing it was ours we didn’t eat. The driver was still in the area and had our pizza with him all along. I asked the driver why did it take so long he was adamant that our food was hot he told me to feel the boxes. I had him feel it and he confirmed it was cold while he did apologies he said it was only delivered what was given to him. Calling the restaurant back to only be out on hold and then told this was their peek time as an excuse for late and cold food!! The pizza it self was BURNT, HARD, DRY, & SALTY Never again will we order from him.

Their chicken parmesan was dry and absolutely tasteless no flavor whatsoever very disappointing. The pizza is no better. I do not recommend this place, they really need to improve their recipes.

Used to love this place. Ordered delivery and the employe mentioned it would take 1 hour to 1.15. Long wait bit I was OK waiting that long. I called at 57 mins just to get an update, and I could hear her in the background yelling yelling it hasn't been an hour yet. Then she said she told me 1 hour and 30 mins. I waited again and called. Just to hear that the pizza wasn't made yet.1 hour 54 mins for the pizza to arrive. Extremely disappointed and shocked at the terrible customer service over the phone.This review is not a reflection on the pizza. As they are usually fantastic. Just a shame with the customer service.

I had a few slices from Alfonso's about 2 years ago and it was pretty good. We stopped in last week to get a few entrees for carry out. We order and the lady at the counter says 15 minutes. After a half hour and seeing customer after customer come inside after us and leave with their food, we ask the status. The lady at the counter snaps that she said there would be a wait but never said it would be 15 minutes...? Like ok... why would we just make that up? Then she says it'll be another half hour (making it an hour total wait) and they haven't even started preparing it. We just get a refund at that point and leave. A guy in the back tried to say that he'll throw in the food now and it'll only be 15 minutes ( yeah I've heard that before) but we declined. After reading so many other reviews with similar experiences I guess this is just how they are now. Shame.

Best pizza in Port Saint Lucie and pretty much in general. I usually get their Buffalo Chicken, it's amazing.
Prices of pizza went up and stuffed shells are ridiculous especially the supposed salad that comes with a crummy tomato and extremely little onion...thanks for robbing the customers!!!!!

Food is average and I ordered several pies for my guys working late. So when I went to pay for the pizza I'd ask for some plates forks and napkins so we could eat the pizza being that we were not eating it at their establishment. When I requested some plates they told me that they make pizza they don't sell plates and they can't afford to give away plates I've never heard of a pizzeria that does not have paper plates.
