Stood there for 10 ,min..a kid kept walking by not even saying a word..too busy worrying about door dash meals...I wanted to see how long it would take..even the Mgr didn't give me a second look.I walked out saying this place sucks!..this place sucks customer service wise..I called corporate..PSL west location..Service is a -10 in my opinion..

Food was decent, although I will try something different the next time. So, the food was decent enough to go back. Restaurant was clean and calm. Shakes are good. Staff was nice but service was slow.

Really bad service, They steal your money here, I order a “King’s Hawaiian Brown Sugar Bacon Roast Beef” medium size meal + a $3.39 large drink, they served me both drinks on a medium cups and just 3/4 of drink on it, and the sandwich was missing 2 ingredients (bacon, and the cheese). when i complained about it to the suppose manager, she told me that the service it’s like that, and nothing she can do, I asked her to cancelled the order and returned my money, she said she can’t because i ordered online, but online there’s not an option to cancel order or complain about bad food service, wrong order or missing item on your order. So I end paying $19.06 for a food that worths $12 if I order it in another Arby’s location. Very disappointed, I’ve ordered from here before and was totally different, I know the drinks sizes and I know what I always order!

They had water coming down from the ceiling. Probably Ac froze up. To much water on the floor. Had to tell them to put a bucket to catch the water they did but didn't mop.

Love Arby's but the prices are getting out of control. No more 5 for 10 classics..also the 2 for 6 just raised up to 2 for 7. No thanks! Never going back. Long time customer. Not anymore.

There is like 3people working very slow and took almost 10 minutes to get my food to dinner in this place used to be awesome the employees are trying to accommodate but they need a couple more on shift to make it happen when your manager is running doing frying cash register drive

Went here for lunch ordered a Philly. Got home had zero meet. When I called and spoke to the girl I believe her name was Jaylen I was met with aggressive rudeness. Come to find out the truck had not came their location yet that day and instead of telling me they were out of meet they sold me $15 of nothing but bread and sauce. SAVE YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND TIME. JUST CHECK THE OTHER MOST RECENT REVIEWS! Ghetto staff and terrible service and food quality is beyond poor.
