Ordered a large meatball calzone to pick up. Surprise, no meatballs. I called for a credit and was told I didn’t order correctly. If you’re incompetent take responsibility. Don’t blame the customer for your mistakes.

First time at a Big Apple location and this one in St Lucie West gets my vote! Extremely clean restaurant, employees wore gloves while making the food, even when preparing the pizza crust! I was impressed. Cleanliness is very important to me, and it was clear this restaurant takes pride in their food preparation...and service! Friendly, hard working staff. Pizza tasted great! Reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning.

Yesterday we went for pizza- can't beat lunch specials- price or quality of food. Always great service. Today our community- Kings Isle- had lunch catered for Thanksgiving. Great buffet meal, lots of food, cooked well. How nice to have pre-prepared, no clean up, no mess. Everything was tasty, and fresh. Happy Thanksgiving

the girl up front was very nice. I called in a couple of slices with toppings and she offered a more economical pie special. It was raining so I sat in the car in parking lot, she actually called me back to let me know it was ready.

I will start by saying that I dont normally make reviews but this needs to catch the attention of the owner and the chef. I ordered around 9ish for take out, before ordering I asked if the tomatoes were nice and fresh and was told that they were so I ordered caprese salad, worst tomatoes ever, ordered wings WELL DONE that were barely even cooked and very slimy, and ordered baked ziti that I swear was worse than the frozen ziti from Walmart and to top it off there was hair in the baked ziti, also ordered a drink that was not with the order when picked up, needless to say that I will never order from this location again, definitely not recommended, I sent my husband to pick up order, I called after trying to eat to inform them of the mistakes, I was told that they were already closed, to save the food until the next day and to bring all of it back but they would only refund the mealy tomato caprese, needless to say my family went to bed hungry, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! Oh and forgot to mention that the salad that come with the ziti was also not with the order. Worst experience ever! The garlic knots were not not even cooked all the way, the chef definitely needs to be retrained!! And this all cost about $50. So disappointed!!
