I was excited to finally try the wraps that looked good on TV. I was highly disappointed and discussed. Each of my wraps had a long wavy black hair. I had to drive back to Burger King and spoke to the manager. She said no one there had black hair. That wasn't true. Anyway, I already experienced chicken that wasn't completely cooked. I think I've had enough disappointment with burger King.

I’ve gone twice, each time every employee had an attitude like I was an inconvenience to them. Just left right now, shows it’s the only 24 hour location and I get shooed away at the drive thru being told CLOSED! I’m over it BK… maybe think about hiring new

Haven't been to this location in a while because of the employees, but man, have things changed for the better!! We had our little dog with us in drive thru, and the team was gushing over him! They were so sweet to make him a 'pup' drink ( a little bit of ice cream) and his own little chicken nugget for the ride home! Super sweet, no one has ever treated us like that before! We felt special! I'm definitely coming back to this location every time we need the BK!

Don't order from this place. The employees don't know how to read or make orders. Placed an order online, customized the whoppers and had it delivered. Instead of reading what the order said, they saw that one whopper was customized and just did that on all the whoppers. The Icee's that were ordered melted before the delivery driver even picked them up, the large onion ring was only half full with nothing at the bottom of the bag and the extra sauces that you have to pay for, were no where to be found. Contacted customer service to get a partial refund for an order that was over $60 and was offered only a $10 coupons. And this was after three days of arguing with customer service via email. And if you don't agree to their terms, they just tell you to buzz off. Just avoid and go somewhere else.

We waited in drive thru line for fifteen minutes to have person tell us another five minutes to order as one person in kitchen…. The manager!! They should have closed!! Two hungry children in back seat and couldn’t even get them food!!! People driving off angry afterWaiting so long in line!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Was in the drive-through order two items was asked to park my car very inconvenient I parked in the spot the front desk girl comes out and tells me next time I need to park by the door. I tell her well they’re not even supposed to park you anyway to begin with when you’re in drive-through and she has attitude says she just works the front counter hire friendlier staff
