2 other Burger Kings closed nearby so went to this one which should be closed too! BK#7345 order #586 was cold and it took so long with only 1 car in front. I will never go back. It looks like Taco Bell will be my first option.

How hard is it to make a Whopper correctly? Asked for no lettuce and I got a bunch of it. Got a half full container of cold as* fries. And they put so much ketchup on it that that’s all you could taste. It was literally pouring out the sides. Tried calling and the phone is out of service. Burger King can’t afford the phone bill? Or is it off because it rings off the hook with complaints? And these moronic ,degenerate dropouts want $15 an hour? I will be going inside tomorrow and demanding my money back. No wonder they’re closing 400 Burger Kings in the next two months. Good riddance.

I go in and order 2 whopper Jr's 2 go. Took few min the order was ready. I go in my car ate one of the burgers it was cold. There was a gentleman standing outside of burger King with a burger King shirt on taking care of some business. Said excuse me RU the manager ? He said no but iam affiliated with burger King. Told him wat happened he said give me the burger I'll have them warm it up 4U. He comes out with the burger said thank you. The burger was burnt around the edges. I won't b eating at this burger no more or maybe any of them. I don't need 2 get sick from cold hamburgers. The only nice thing about this was the girl at the counter.

Throughly dissatisfied, 30.00 dollars later after being rushed through the drive through to pull up and wait just so every single sandwich I paid for was made incorrectly. After working and cooking all week, felt like treating us to something different. My mistake to go here.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, no big deal, maybe they’re short staffed. Get home and find out they gave me the wrong food, no big deal, maybe they were frazzled. I called to let them know that about the flub with hopes that I could get a new burger, straight to voicemail, no big deal, they’re busy and can’t answer the phones. The voicemail is full, big deal, that means that nobody is checking the messages. I’m not driving back there to wait longer and be hangry. Mistakes happen but this was too many too close together. I’m disappointed and won’t revisit this location.It should be noted that the cashier was nice and polite. It looked like they were struggling with help.Lesson learned
